I'm trying to create a game to run the first level of the mad mage and see if i dig it, but when i load the module there isnt actually anything in the game.
Hello Sam R., Do you get any errors when attempting to add the Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage Preview add-on to the game? I see where you have added the game and that the game seems empty. What browser are you using? Please try both Firefox and Chrome to create the game and see if there are any issues. These are the only two supported browsers. Thanks!
heyas, having the same issue aswell. Mad Mage preview module shows up on game creation and is pickable as module. char sheet gets automatically set as DnD 5e by roll20. so that part should be covered. after game creation the info does show that module is succesfuly loaded but once i "log in" to the game i am greeded by empty fresh game with no data what so ever. no map,no handouts or journal post. basically game looks as fresh new game without nothing added. as suggested in previous post to i tried with both chrome and firefox with similar results. both cases game still says that module is loaded yet nothing shows up within the game itself.
Did you wait for the small banner under the game avatar to say installing or some such. The larger modules take a few minutes to create. I created a game once and jumped right in without waiting and saw what you described. I left and came back a short time later and it loaded fine.
Hey there, Sorry for the trouble folks, we found the issue and are hammering it back into shape. Expect a fix by end of day tomorrow (assuming no other difficulties), and thank you for letting us know!
