Giving Specific Cards

I'd like to set it up to where I can easily choose what card to give to a player.  I can only seem to do it randomly, is this possible?

To give you an example of why I want to do this, the wrestling game I'm running has certain bonuses you can utilize once per match.  I thought it would be cool to make cards out of these and give them to the players.  Each character will have different ones depending on their level, alignment, etc.  By throwing the card on the table they will be sort of "cashing it in".  

At this time you cannot choose a single card out of the deck without going through the entire deck. Some people get around this by making multiple decks for each type of card (for things which are not random).  - Gauss

You could also put all the cards in your own hand, I suppose.  That way you could see which ones are which and then deal them out to the players accordingly.  Just choose the "deal option" and deal all 54 (or however many cards you have) and choose yourself in the "select some options" dropdown.  Then you can click on your hand and drag and drop the cards you want to give to individual players to their hands.  I just gave it a try and it seems to work okay.
