Drag&dropping an item in the journal leads to duplicate references to the same journal item (handout, character).

A single, generic, trackable issue is missing for the bug that when drag&dropping an item in the journal, the journal sometimes ends up with two references to the same journal item. It can be a handout or character.   I see this happening a lot, in different games of different accounts, like on a weekly basis. There are quite a lot of posts in this forum that are this one bug. The solution seems to be to duplicate the item on the correct location and then delete the original one - this deletion will remove all occurrences of the item in the journal.
