Dynamic Lighting -- How to point a cone of light

Is there a way to take a light emitting token that is creating a cone of light with an arc of 30 degrees and get it to point in a certain direction without swinging the token around? I'm trying to create the effect of a seedy bar with light coming from a window, but the light is coming out of what I consider the rear end of the window. :-P Seems like a 'pointing angle' field for 'direction' angle field would be helpful here... If that could be controlled via an API script you could create a search spotlight effect for escaping prisoners.... errr characters. That would be neat.
don't use the window itself as the token generating light. have the window on the map layer and put on the lighting layer a dummy token to generate the light; that way rotating it around isn't visually disconcerting.

By flipping the token vertically, horizontally, or both and then rotating it it will have the correct orientation. You can find the flip horizontal/vertical options by right clicking on the token and hovering over "advanced".
