Token Control linked to Turn Tracker

I think it would be useful to disable control of tokens by default, and then when the turn tracker is on the active character/token the token control options kick in allowing those with permission to control the token/character to interact with the token(s). I think it would be more useful in those campaigns which are combat heavy and utilize dynamic lighting. Aside from just preventing bored player "peeking", it would also be a nice way for a player who has control of a group on NPCs (hired hands, charmed critters, what have you) to be prevented from accidentally moving tokens other than the current acting token. Maybe a "suppress control" toggle on the turn tracker itself?
