Page Navigator not working

Page Navigator isn't doing anything for me. No API error. Just nothing when I run  !nav --setup or  !nav --config. Is it working for everyone else?

When I tried the !nav --config command it didn't work. I had to restart my API because it had timed out and shut down After the API restart it worked correctly.

Restarted. Now I can get the options menu. But it doesn't seem to do anything. And when I try the Set-up wizard, I crash the API. Any help from anyone that has this running would be appreciated. I've been trying for over a month.
