Can't change game default settings

When I try to change the game default settings (specifically I'd like to make all new pages automatically use 3.5/Pathfinder style diagonal measurement), the game default settings section opens up in a way where it bleeds over the "Access Compendium In-Game" section below, and despite being able to select the new settings I want, I cannot click the "Save Defaults" button. I'm using Chrome ( Version 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit) ) on a Windows 10 PC, but the issue is identical when I try to do it on my iPad in Safari as well. I've tried multiple of my games, and the issue is the same across them all.
