In d&d games, if I go to Items in the Compendium section and select the filter function. The top option reads as: D&D 5e SRD & is of course code for & in HTML. I guess it come from the encoding of the source file. (I tested it in Chrome and Firefox with the same result ) ...also sorry about my typo
