Hi. We have a situation where our DM (who bought the PHB on the marketplace) sees all available options like Subraces and Backgrounds when he is using the 5e Charactermancer. But when players use it, we only see a limited number of options. For example, under Elf Subraces, the DM sees High Elf, Wood Elf, Drow and Custom. But players only see High Elf and Custom. So, we had to use Custom to roll up a Wood Elf. Similarly with the Backgrounds. Players only see Acolyte, but he sees all the available backgrounds from the PHB. Is there a setting somewhere that the DM needs to enable for players to see all the options?
