GM controllable token types with default permission settings

Currently, setting permissions on tokens involves either a lot of manual clicking, or a script or macro. Whilst I have no issue with this, it would seem like there would be some mileage in the idea of providing a configurable set of token types (NPC, light, environment, map, etc) and allow template permissions to be provided for each specified type. If this could be combined with either a toobar, or some kind of smart detection based on where the token is dragged from (with the option of a hard override in the journal or possibly based on journal folder?!), it would potentially make the setting up of tokens and maps much quicker and easier for GMs.
