Static image instead of a map

I would like a feature for a game page/map, to not draw a map with a grid and tokens, etc, but instead to set a simple static image and show it scaled to the proper screen size for every player (and a customizable colour frame if the proportions don't match). I know that I can just put an image on the map and hide the grid, adjust the size, but it's extra work just to show a picture and the scaling is not guaranteed. I found an old suggestion for this, but it was closed a long time ago, so I'm posting a new one (the old one is https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5227013/slug%7D ).
