Short post, im starting a barrowmaze group on monday nights, 7pm eastern, and need 6 players. Best way to contact me is via DM on discord which we use for voice and chat and roll20 for game. BARROWMAZE: Barrowmaze is a mega dungeon in unusual style. It is a 1-17 dungeon contained on one floor segmented into around 10 areas. This means it is possible to sandbox esplore your way into an area meant for level 12s when you are level 2. The dungeon is beneath The Barrows, 100+ hills that are themself mini-dungeons and some of which are the entrances to the barrowmaze. The whole thing is located in the Dutchy of Aerik and invovles HEAVY Dungeoneering and a good amount of roleplay via various groups of adventuerers and other npcs found in the dungeons. Ruleset is 5e with certain rules adopted from Hardcore DnD 5e and variant DND 5e rules baseline. The big ones are Death: any drop to -10 hp kills you. If you go down you have 1 death save not 3, and that save is at the initiative you went down on (allows party to try to save you). If you go down but dont die you come up with a roll on the injury table (dmg 5e) Resting: Gritty rest rules in effect (8hr short rest 7day long rest, meaning resting inside the dungeon is a harder affair, you need to bring food, water, and secure the room) Encumbrance: actually matters as variant encumbrance is used. Char Gen: 3d6, rolled straight down the line, then you can adjust any ability you want down to 8 or up to 13 but not higher or lower than those via adjustment. At the end, if your primary stat is less than 14, then raise it to 14. (garuntees even with terrible rolls that you can have your one stat that matters start at a 14, adjustment lets you fix the glaring holes, RNG gods might favor you with high rolls) few other smaller things, but that big sweeping changes are above. discord tag is Treetop#6820
