I think it could be useful to create an account profile setting to specify your local GMT zone. As a result, you could then add a person's GMT next to their name when posting in the forums. This would be especially useful in the LFG forum as relative time zones are always a source of confusion. ie: Instead of someone posting "Are there any games tonight? I'm available all night." at 11pm EST (from my perspective), there could also exist what *local* time they posted so it's more clearly indicated what their "all night" is relative to.
