I am a first-time GM running a game in 5e with home-brew elements and I have 2 player spots that just opened up with the current party being a Draconic Sorcerer, Artificer Alchemist, and Battlerager Barbarian. Our game is however unique in that the day we play is subject to change based on the revolving off days of one of the players but the time will be 4 pm CST. If you're interested or have questions please message me directly or respond to this post. Feel free to include your character concept/s as well as answers to any or all of the following prompts 1. Your party must venture into the deepest depths of a cursed forest, provisions run low, the path becomes rougher and rougher with every hour, and your party is unsure if you are still heading in the right direction. What do you do to contribute to the party? Do you venture forward or turn back to civilization? 2. A fellow party member has been uncharacteristically quiet and goes out of their way to divert attention from them, they seem distraught about something but you can't quite figure out why. What do you do, if anything, about the situation at hand? Do you believe that your fellow party members put any trust in you? If you were in their place would you want to trust the party to help? 3. You and your party are deep within an ancient monument, and you find yourself having to fight off unknown beasts with each fight drawing more and more out of you and your party. In the most recent battle, one of your allies is injured but it's difficult to assess the severity and you don't know if it's safe to take care of it. What do you do, if anything, about the situation at hand? Do you consider fleeing, moving forward, or something else for what to do next? How do you feel about the possibility of losing an ally or even meeting your unfortunate end? Does experiencing a close call change how you act towards them or how you handle future situations? 4. You have a short moment to rest after a major battle, everything seems safe for the moment as you stumble across a very valuable magic item. The item in question at first glance seems to be highly beneficial to you but you do not know its exact properties and is small enough to be easily concealed. How do you react to finding the object? Do you inform the rest of the party about the discovery? Do you feel it is fair for anybody to take a claim to use magic items before considering the possible applications it may have with anybody else? 5. Your party is talking to an individual that you have sought out for answers to an important question, but you get a strange feeling about them. You can't seem to discern quite why but something seems to be off about this individual. Your party informs you that they all want to hear what they have to say and reminds you of the importance of the information at hand. What do you do, if anything, about the situation at hand? Do you often let instincts, logic, or other forms of reasoning steer your actions? How do you respond, if at all, to being the only one in opposition to the party's actions and choices?
