I've had this situation occur if I enable the modifiers in the D&D 5E by Roll20 character sheet under Game Settings. In that case, the Guidance and Bless modifiers sometimes get added even to NPC character sheets. I've learned to not set the default in Game Settings and only enable them manually for player characters. Also, when you do enable then manually, modifiers for Bless, Guidance, Defense and Sneak Attack are automatically added and left in expanded form in the global modifier sections, with Bless and Guidance set to on . I posted a help desk report about this and here was the reply: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion! Checking in on this, I believe this is the intended behavior of the sheet to try and streamline some of the more common uses of the sheet (Bless being a very common spell for instance) as well as making sure that folks get a chance to look at it expanded so they know it is editable like other parts of the sheet. As for the damage modifier and AC modifier sections it seems these consist of placeholder text and if you collapse without inputting anything then it is technically blank. It is a bit hard to tell though. I'll make sure to pass this feedback along to our sheet development team so they can take it into consideration for their next release cycle!
