Corrupted/Lost character sheet, Plus subscription, no backup character, options?

We've had a character in our game which appears to have gotten significantly lost.  It's a Pathfinder 1st Edition By Roll20 sheet, and while it has it's name and things like maybe alignment, all of the attributes, skills, spells, etc. are gone.  This was a 20th level character, so there is quite a bit of stuff which is gone. The player does not have a remotely recent backup of this character in their character vault. If I had a Pro account, I would likely try a "rollback" on the game to see if the character could be recovered.  We did play last Sunday, so at a guess there is a fair chance that a game-level backup of the character could be present in the 7-day window. What are my options?  For example, should I open a support ticket?  Is "rollback" the way to go, and I should explore upgrading my account?

I'd post a support ticket asking for recovery of the backup. This is closing the barn door after the horse has already run off, but I make a habit of creating a backup copy of my game after every game session. Games don't count against your storage quota - only uploaded art and music files.
Check to see if there's an "archived" folder in your journal. (The GM might have to be the one that checks if that's not you). I believe I saw some people mentioning their sheets disappearing and were found to be in an Archived folder that they could just restore. I went to look into it myself and I did find a random PC test sheet I was using had this happen to it.
