The D&D 5e by Roll20 (2014) sheet allows you to print to a pdf file, so that might help although the printed version isn't exactly like the on screen version. i don't know of any other automated ways to create a read-only character sheet. Why not just create a "sample" character and make it editable to all players, but ask them not to change anything? Also, if your intention is to create a tutorial, you could create a series of screen shots of a completed character sheet and upload those images to the map layer of a map page. You could then put the player flag on that page and use shift-ping or the new pointer function to talk them through the different parts of the sheet.
