Question about Monster name hiding

I am seeing the monster name in roll templates in chat when I select player view.  Is this normal? I thought I had permissions set correctly.  See my attachment. I am displaying a "name" for my players as shown in this attachment. I don't know what I am doing incorrectly.. I am using beacon sheet in a dnd2024 campaign. Any suggestions? Thank you - Steve

Yeah, it's normal. And one more place the 2024 sheet loses capability that the 2014 sheet has. Although it was never a good solution. What you can do with the 2014 sheet, is change the token to have a namplate that is not the name on the sheet (like "Guard", or in this case just calling the boss a "Goblin") and put "@{selected|token_name}" in the name field on the sheet, which uses the value of the nameplate in chat. Then uncheck nameplate. Then select the token before rolling. If you did all that, then you'd get the text typed in the nameplate field in chat.   I used to use it, but eventually gave up because it was too much work during the game. Unfortunately, the 2024 sheet doesn't use an independent field for the monster name, so if you do that, it renames the NPC sheet itself "@{selected|token_name}", which isn't terribly helpful. But, bottom line, I'm not aware of any way to get a name other than the sheet's into a chat roll when rolling from the sheet. The quick-and-dirty fix is to rename your "Goblin Boss" sheet to "Big Goblin" and keep your other goblins as "Goblin", which does give away that this goblin is special. But that tends to be true of leaders, they've got better armors and weapons if they are human, and they are bigger and tougher for the more physical humanoids, like Goblins. So its reasonable for an alert party to be able to pick out who is giving the orders, without getting a clear definition of how much tougher they are.

In the 2014 NPC character sheet, there's a setting w-a-y near the bottom that will let you turn that off. I've read that the 2024 NPC sheets have this also, but the global settings under "Game Setting" don't always work for the D&D 2024 character sheet. Edit: The D&D 2024 NPC character sheets do NOT have this option. Yet. You can, however, use the method Ken suggested of renaming the NPC.
Thank you Ken and Rick for responding to my post - I appreciate your time.  I'll give Ken's suggested method a try.  It would be nice to have a setup where i could just turn off the display of monster names in chat window output.
FWIW other sheets (such as for PF1) would also benefit from an alternative display name field.
