Group function has caused an unrecoverable error

Hello Roll20 support community, I have been having no problems with Roll20 until recently: in creating a new page, I misjudged the size and later wanted to group several map & background level icons and slide them downwards together to make more room at the top of the board. It seems I attempted to group too many icons together. I can still view the page, but every time I attempt to view the map & backgrounds level, the page becomes unresponsive and I am forced to kill the application. It seems that it just has been unable to complete that massive 'grouping task' I attempted to set (apologies in advance for miss-using terms, as I am not a programming expert, and am guessing here at what the problem is). Anyway can someone kill that command on the server side? Again, all other pages are fine, but only one page, when I attempt to view the map & background layer, crashes the application...Thanks in advance...

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Just so we can do our due dilegence before a Dev gets involved, can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
Hi Aaron, thanks for the tip -- when I switched to Firefox, the browser gave me the option to 'quit a script' that was running in the background -- I am assuming it was the 'group' command. Firefox seems to have some features that chrome does not have for dealing with this particular problem. Anyway, it appears that after halting the script, all is well and I have full functionality back to my page. Thanks again.
