Font Size and Zoom Issues

Gentlemen and Ladies,        Please allow me to say that I am admittedly a newb at this and am trying with all my veritable might to learn as fast as I can. I run a couple of Warhammer Only War groups and along with that tend to use what I understand are Larger than usual Maps. I try diligently to have things prepared for myself before I run a game and part of that is labeling items on the VTT so that I can easily descern between items and tokens that may look similar but are in fact different. The problem I am running into is that the Text Font in the VTT does not seem to scale with the Zoom intensity of the user and since the Zoom function is yet a bit on the non user friendly side this makes labels all but useless for me since I am often zoomed out to the point that I can barely even tell they are on the screen let alone decipher them. Is this simply a fact of the matter or am I doing something wrong and there is a reasonable solution.

Hi, Jacob T. You might find some Keyboard Shortcuts useful, here: Pressing "Z" with an object selected shows a larger version of that object in a modal popup Pressing Shift+Z as the GM shows all players the larger version of that object Since learning of the shortcut, I exclusively use Alt+Mouse Wheel to Zoom (especially paired Right Mouse Button+Drag to Pan); it makes it very easy to zero in on a specific section of the Tabletop. You could alternatively take advantage of the fact that a Token's  Radial Menu Bubbles do not change size.
Excellent points and great advice.... Though the solution presents another question. When I "group" The Chassis and the Turret of a Tank together I stop getting the Token Radial Menu to display. It seems as if when I engage a group the item is no longer counted as a token. Is there a solution for this as well?

Hm, tough one! I don't think it's possible to call up a Grouped Token's radial menu. Looks like that solution isn't going to work for your tanks (unless you would be willing to use an external image editor like Photoshop to amalgamate their Tokens). It seems that Shift/Z will show the front-most Token within a Group. I'm not sure how well that would work out for your tanks. Regardless, you might opt to add a [small/nonintrusive/semi-transparent, etc.] "representative" Token to the forefront of your Token Groups that allows you to quickly identify your selection upon a Shift/Z.
Again a great suggestion. The label is more to indicate what I have in me "menu" page that I am building as I can track pretty easily what things are once they are in game but on my "blue print" page there are simply so many tokens that I need to get a labelling system down for ease of use.  Can you recomend a decent and preferably free image editor that woudl work for me to combine tokens?
