Loosing Background

Hi, i try to adapt Roll20 to a RPG i like and start using tokens, backgrounds & macro. But after few modeling (adapting Hex to my first map) i loose my backgrond (the BG icon still ok). If i reconnect my BG are seenable Detailed Description of the Problem: I've choosen two backgronds and parameter each of them really differently. I tried to change background color of the first one, choosing colorless hex. Then i swap 2 times froms Bg1 to Bg2 i loose them. I then only can see white-grey background. My token are not seeable but i can select them. Okay this isnt what i was looking for but i have a problem relating to the screen. When I go into the table top to make my game the map doesnt show up exept for a little sliver of the map and it shows the bottom of the chat screen like the who is talking and the send button but that is it. I can not access the top of the screen with the library of monsters or any of the map. I just see a big grey screen with the tool bar on the left and my name and a friends name on the very top left instead of the bottom. I just need to know how I can fix this problem because this idea really rocks and would be super useful for me and my friends from other states. Ransom , that problem is usually the result of extensions you have on your browser. Please disable all extensions and try again. If it works, you can enable your extensions one by one until you find out which one is causing the problem. - Gauss

Hey Ransom M. it seems you are using chrome as your browser? If so on the upper right corner next to the star you will see three lines.... click on that. Once that tab is open near the bottom you will see Settings. Click on Settings, once that is open on the left you will see extensions. Hope this helps and happy gaming greg
