Hello there! I'm Az. Pleased to meet ya. It's always been quite difficult finding games that have Europe-friendly times around these parts, let alone if you want to play using a less popular system (like I do) - and even less so when looking for a specific thing like I am right now. I'm not holding my breath. You might remember my old thread. If so, do be sure to look over this one regardless - some things have changed! (TL;DR version is the bolded stuff.) SYSTEMS / EDITIONS / GAME TYPE I am looking for a FFG Star Wars, Dragon Age RPG or D&D 4E campaign , as the title states. At this point in time, I am particularly interested in doing a text-only game (real-time, not PBP) or a hybrid system (text for IC, voice for OOC) . Far as settings go, here's some of my preferences: FFG Star Wars I'm highly interested in Edge of the Empire games, at least in flavor/theme (particularly, I've a fondness for those without any Force Sensitives/Jedi in the party, but it's not a 100% requirement). This is partially due to the fact I've a particular character I'd like to play, who happens to be a Smuggler, but I am definitely open to other options and don't actually mind Force and Destiny themes instead. That said, Rebellion-centric themes don't have much draw for me. Dragon Age RPG I am most interested in exploring Thedas beyond the video games - time periods prior to them or locales they do not touch upon much. I am definitely not interested in any campaigns following the same story as the video games (eg. the Warden and his companions is replaced by the party and that sort of thing), and would prefer to stay away from any custom Wardens/Warden Commanders/Hawkes/Inquisitors if the campaign is set in the Dragon Age and beyond. I'm interested in playing a Rogue or Warrior - I already play a Mage in another campaign. 4E I enjoy medieval high fantasy the most - swords and sorcery type stuff. I prefer the focus of my D&D games to be on adventure, so I may not be interested in campaigns that are mainly about politics/intrigue/kingdom-building (though it can certainly be an element, just not the central one). I also have a small bit of aversion towards more industrial/steampunk fantasy, so Eberron as a campaign setting is not a good fit for me. Horror is another theme I think is better suited to other systems, so I'm unlikely to dive into a Ravenloft game. I'll happily play in settings such as the Forgotten Realms, Dark Sun, or your own homebrew world, though! Regardless of this, I'm looking for something reasonably immersive (chips-and-soda romp gaming is fun, but I prefer more involved / thematic stories for long campaigns). TIMEZONE / AVAILABILITY I'm in the Central European timezone . Currently, my timezone is GMT+2 , but that won't be the case come end of October (DST will end). Far as days go, I am not available : Tuesday evenings (7 pm+) Saturday evenings (7 pm+)* *may free up in a month's time or so due to other campaigns and obligations. My available times are generally anything between noon my time and 1 am my time (excluding the time blocks exempted above) , the limitation being that no game should stretch after 1 am (so the start time would have to be maybe 9 pm my time at the latest) in order for me to guarantee attendance. I can make do with two games on the same day (minimum 30 minutes between the end time of one and start time of the other), but I prefer not to. As a result, my preferred days, from best option to worst , are: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday Thursday Tuesday, Saturday I prefer to play weekly , but I would consider a once-every-two-weeks campaign as well. ABOUT ME Well, you got this far, meaning you have something to throw at me. Awesome! That also means you'd probably like to know a bit about me as a player before you extend your hand. You can read up a lot about me and my playstyle preferences in my Roll20 profile (just click my name at the top of this post to be taken there) and see if I might be a good fit for you and your group. If you've any questions not already answered, feel free to ask. I don't bite. Usually. :P THANK YOU FOR READING!
