Delighted to report that we made it through a session with audio staying on for all four of us and video working for the two of us with cams. We had one glitch at the beginning with two players who couldn't hear each other, but I switched the AV from very low to low, the game reloaded for everyone, and voila. So you seem to be getting closer. Observations: everyone had a good connection and we only had four people. (Most of my games have 5 or 6)
