Setting up a rotating dungeon/map?

Apologies if this is the wrong forum. I'm trying to design/set up a rotating dungeon, similar to this design. There's 3 rings and each moves in a different direction, connecting different corridors. https://djekspek.deviantart.com/art/Rotating-Madne... How would you go about this, including dynamic lighting? Every time the dungeon rings rotate, I can see the dynamic lighting walls getting messed up and not lining up any more. I think setting it up on a single map isn't going to work. I could try different map pages for each rotation, but then it would obviously tip the players off that something has changed. I'm trying to do this in a way so the players don't know anything has obviously changed, if possible. I also thought about trying a rollable table token with each map shift as a token side, but the dynamic lighting issue still exists. Hoping someone smarter than me can give me some pointers :) Thanks!

Yeah...the dynamic lighting piece is that tricky part. Perhaps The Aaron could create an API script that would allow you do rotate dynamic lighting lines, but...I'm thinking even the fog of war would be difficult...

There is a script to record dynamic lighting against an image which supports rotation too, I've used it for a rotating minotaur maze in the past to great effect!

Would that script work with The Aaron's script that generates dynamic lighting based on paths exported from Gimp and/or Photoshop?

This thread has given me some really interesting ideas for a new game...hmmmmm....
These both sound amazing. Thanks everyone! I'll give them both a shot (and the dynamic lighting from GIMP should save me a ton of time, I didnt know I could do that!)

Here's a link to the discussion about Walls for those following along from home: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1337473/script-walls-svg-path-importer-for-dynamic-lighting-revisited
I've actually taken that same map in GIMP and chopped it into 3 sections - the outer ring, middle ring, and inner ring. Then you import them onto the map layer, just making sure that the z-order is correct, and you can rotate each section individually. In play, the best way to use it is to rotate the sections that the PCs are not in around them as they move. Then they get to the area that used to be a way out - what? It's blocked! Great fun.

Hmm, any chance you should share those sliced up images? It would save me a ton of work. I couldnt find a version without the annotatons Thanks!
