Grid Size

Hi there. I'm having problems with Phandelver maps that are published as "1 square = 10ft". In the past i noticed that roll20 had updated these so that a smaller grid was placed inside the traditional grid, but this seems to no longer be the case. I've searched the forums and it seems there are supposed to be options to manually do it myself (though i'm of the opinion this should all be taken care of in a purchased finished product). The problem is i don't have a complete #4 on my settings list. I have "Grid enabled" box but no size box next to it. Can anybody help? And does anybody know why it used to be a feature pre-programmed for the buyer and not any longer? If you need further details of my situation i'd be happy to provide them.
