API Control of Animation?

Can we set playing, or frame, or whatever on gif tokens? I don't see it in the wiki, but sometimes updates aren't in there for a while. Actually, I don't even see the animated art section on there.

Not yet, it's an open bug/feature issue that the API can't access those yet.
