I GM for my current group of friends and have been for the better part of two years and I really want to game again. Unfortunately due to my overnight work schedule, general real life commitments, and the style of game play I seek, I'm pretty limited in my options. So this is where roll20 comes in. You guys are my only hope! I work overnights so my only chance to play is 5:30am-11am central time Monday - Friday and my weekends are usually reserved for family time however I could join a normal time group on weekends provided it isn't a weekly session. Probably every other week. My other issue is the style of game play I like seems to be a little hard to come by in my area. I'm a Role-player first and foremost. I'm all about the storyline, in-character motivations and actions having consequences. Don't get me wrong I enjoy getting loot off the bad guys and watching my stats go up but I much more prefer a world where the players actually have an effect on the world around them. I've been a table top gamer for the better part of the last 15 or so years. I've done everything from play and GM Rifts to AD&D to 4.0. I've settled on Pathfinder as my all time favorite system and would really enjoy a chance be surprised by what happens next and to roll those dice again.
