[LFG][LFGM][LFP] #notdnd

Here's what I'm looking for in a gaming group: I want a group in which everyone is comfortable gming so we all can take turns and also everyone feels comfortable contributing to a collaborative world building / story telling instead of just being passive audience while a gm tells a predetermined story. I want a group that is comfortable “playing to find out what happens” and knows how to “yes and” each other as improvisers rather than being contrary or not contributing. I want older or at least more mature gamers who don’t bring a bunch of young person drama to the table and can take things like character development and role playing seriously while still being relaxed and self aware enough to have a fun time and enjoy comic relief. I also want a group that is consistent and reliable so we can have a regular game night without constantly loosing momentum due to missed sessions. As for a system I would like to change it up from time to time but I’m thinking pbta, Fate, blades, that sort of thing. Mostly rules light stuff that facilitates good storytelling rather than restricts it. Preferably not dnd. I know these are a lot of boxes to tick. I don't mind waiting. PM me if you are looking for the same thing.
I have a tiny group similar to this. We are 27-33 years old and have known each other for a good while and we are all willing to DM (some sooner than others). I am willing to try and round them up to play a game. The game we wanted to play next is Coriolis a sci fi rpg with an Arabic theme to it. Day/Time: Fri or Sat 7-8p MST
If anyone has listened to the one shot podcast or campaign or neoscum etc, they do a great job of bridging the hobbies of improv and gaming which is what I really am looking for in a group.
Oh I’m looking for an est time frame. Preferably on the weekends.
