Roll20 says they want to make the platform usable by most players. Most players want a one-site implementation for their games. Thus, kindly remove Demiplane and return us to the golden age of playing Roll20 games on the Roll20 site.  - macros would work - api would work. APIs can't read data from Demiplane..  - homebrew would work. Demeplane isn't set up to handle homebrew material or typing text from books we own. - drag-and-drop functions would work. Demiplane doesn't have drag and drop anything, anywhere. - compendiums and bestiaries would work. - no more swapping between sites to edit NPCs.  - faster load times. Demiplane is slow as molasses, and it makes our games twice as suseptible to internet problems because we're dependent on two sites. Other than the 'pretty' factor, Demiplane offers nothing to the end user.
They don't care! Roll20 is worse that it used to be, and instead of fixing it they come up with new stuff! The "work in tandem" don't work. The focus is on space without features.
Seriously, i friggin hate these Demiplane pop ups!

I hate the way they respond to customer service requests. I'm kind of glad about the ones they ignored, now! Edit: Turns out that my service request was addressed by a "community member" with a Demiplane badge, so not an official representative of the organization, jsut an unofficial one.
Demiplane is a blight, It is messing with API's, spamming popups and causing game crashes and bugs in my Pathfinder games and I refuse to use it... they don't work and you should be able to just delete it entirely

Hi Zen .,  Are you using the Pathfinder's Roll20 sheet exclusively? (Ie: no Demiplane?) If so (last time I checked) you can set a game to Pathfinder by Roll20 only (no Demiplane) if you create it in the Discord Activity. Then you can open it in Roll20 and it stays that way.
7th'd...  Demiplane is a blight for all the reasons listed. I am near the point where I would find it easier to jump over to Foundry and stop giving Roll20 any more of my money.
I don't expect they'll end demiplane since they paid good money for it (I presume), and maybe someday it won't be an albatros around all of our necks, but I'm throwing my vote in as a protest anyway, after one too many negative experiences. And I don't even use demiplane. I have a game that doesn't use demiplane.  I have the sheet set to use only roll20. Not only do I get the annoying login pop-up every freaking time I launch the game, but now I get a pair of buttons on the left sidebar compendium tab so I can select which #%$%@! compendium to use. For the love of God, at least hide them in the same place as the sheet selector, and let me select the one I want in my game for everyone playing it.  Don't waste precious space on a choice I'd only make once (if someone wants "use either" in their game, then make that something they can choose and have the buttons appear then). And honestly, if I want a game with only roll20 resources, why can't I have that?
