Can't load games

Hiya, Can't load any of my games today and the menu bars look all funny. Anyone else got the same problem?

I do. I tried clearing cache / cookies, tried Chrome, tried restarting FF without addons. Stuck on establishing server uplink. Nothing is working. It sucks cause I wanted to RPG with a friend tonight.
Similar issue without the toolbar on the side.
I'm having the same issue :(
Did you also just update your pc OP?

Maybe its linked to a Windows 7 update? I updated it today as well. And I know turning off MBAM didn't do jack either. So it's gotta be server related on Roll20's side or update related.
I'm on windows 10, just updated it. Tried on 3 browsers (all up to date, 2 freshly installed)

The Man said: Did you also just update your pc OP? Yea, sure did!
I also seem to be having the same issue.

Same issue here, on two different computers.

Same with me, I've attempted to log in on 3 different browsers to no avail. Shut off all my extensions and cleared my cache, nothing changed. I had a player log into my account and attempt to access the game and they were able to log in just fine. I went and opened a Java Console (was reading an old thread and saw an admin suggest opening it) and I noticed a ton of erros. The strange thing is that this occurred in the middle of session last night too :/. <a href="https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/381624713115598849/654699998650302494/unknown.png" rel="nofollow">https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/381624713115598849/654699998650302494/unknown.png</a>
Having the same problem myself. Have a game on Sunday and was going to actually DM for once Saturday, so this has me a bit nervous.
Same issue here. I've tried many different pcs, different operating systems, different browsers, using a different account, no changes. Location is Tampa Fl, maybe that has something to do with it.
It works again, at least for me.
My guess is that it has something to do with the windows update from last night since this only started happening right after I updated my PC. But thats only my best guess.
Ravenknight said: It works again, at least for me. Anything that you changed or did differently?
Salamander said: Ravenknight said: It works again, at least for me. Anything that you changed or did differently? Nothing to be honest, just tried to re-log after work. I haven't seen any official response from Roll20 on the issue.
Yup, still broken on my end.
Some of my players able to load into the game, but I'm still stuck on a constant loading screen. Hope to see an official response soon as I've got a game later tonight. :C
Same issue. Tried on two different computers and multiple browsers.
Very frustrating since I'm trying to set up a game for my players.

I am also having have this issue. Every browser doesn't work. Cleared cache, reset pc, modem, router. Nothing. I did just update windows over night. Tried pc restart, nothing. Tried it on my ipad 4, laptop, and phone. Nothing. I switched to data on phone and was able to temporarily join a game. So its either my network, which is strange as I was running a game about 12 hours ago no issues, or something to do with the windows update. Although I don't see why that would affect my tablets ability to join.
I'm seeing the same thing down in S. Florida.&nbsp; I wonder if it's a CDN issue.&nbsp; &nbsp;I see a 503 in the console when it's trying to load&nbsp; <a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/firebase.2.4.0.js</a>

Central FL for me, but that does seem to be a regional pattern now. Not sure why my phone can log in tho Edit: One of my other players is also FL based, about an hour north of me. They can get in.
Hey folks, For those of you that are still experiencing problems: Where are you connecting from? Is your ISP reporting any outages or other issues? I know quite a few of you have already tried some of the troubleshooting steps outlined here , &nbsp;but I'd like to invite everyone to please try running through these steps on their machines and writing in to us at <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> with as much detail as you can give to help us better try and assess and document what might be happening here, as I wasn't able to replicate this issue on either of my machines (which both bumbled through the Windows update relatively unscathed). All the best, and sorry for the trouble.
Can confirm south Floridian here as well, having no troubles with connection at all
I've tried all of these troubleshooting steps and I'm still having issues.
I am using Spectrum for my ISP. Some reports&nbsp; on third party sites of outages, but not sure how reliable those are. May be the issue&nbsp;
I got the same problem and made a thread 2 hours ago with the screenshot and console report. I did everything in the steps and nothing changed it. I really don't know what to do.
Is it safe to say that everybody here is in the Florida state? I noticed that my work computer is able to log into the game just fine. Even my phone on data can't load into the game, and I'm located in Central Florida as well.
Not everyone has confirmed they are in FL. But a few have. I have a player who is in FL and can log in. So who knows.
Can also confirm, in florida, have tried two different computers, all three primary browsers and nada.

May as well chime in. I'm in Port Charlotte Florida. First noticed at 6am local 12/12/2019. It was working 12 hours before this. I did update windows but who can say if that is part of it when it could be local? at least I don't have a game. Edit: Did all the repair steps. Nothing.&nbsp; Centurylink ISP if that matters.
I am having the same issues and I live in Central Florida. I have friends in the northern states who can log in just fine and a few over seas as well that can also log in fine. Just chiming in to help. Will also email.
I'm in Florida. Same issue.
I'm currently having the same issues as well. Tried getting into my game yesterday and I was stuck perpetually in the loading screen, tried joining other games to check if it was only on the game I was hosting, but never loaded in. Same results today as well. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, no improvement. This is the error log I'm getting on Chrome. If it helps, I'm also located in Florida. Good afternoon everyone, I'm from Caracas Venezuela, I have the same fault, since last night I do not connect to any game and change IP and configure everything and nothing, the funny thing is that I was in game when I take off automatic cooling and I do not enter again <a href="http://prntscr.com/qa1apm" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/qa1apm</a>
Hey again folks, Issue seems to correlate with a potential Comcast issue happening for those of y'all in Florida. Correlation isn't causation though, 'course, so we're still investigating. Many thanks to those of you who wrote in to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> so far having run through the steps from our Troubleshooting guide and who provided us with console logs, that should help us pin the issue down, wherever it might be.

From South Florida here and I still have the issue unfortunately. ISP is Blue Stream
Interesting... I'm from North Carolina but I'm in Florida right now visiting family for a few weeks. Currently traveling between Boca, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Haven't been able to connect to any of my campaigns since I got here.
Deltona Florida having problems as well.
I'm in Orlando and it's not working. WTF?
