I got 2 of them, actually
FIRST ONE!
<a href="http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/dhroller.html" rel="nofollow">http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/dhroller.html</a>
Thing I like: Rolls everything for you, uses most of the supplement material and expansions, easy to use and very simple, comes with the packages material from one of the books as well. If you want, you can randomize everything for your taste. It even lets you roll for the background on who your family were.
Suggestions: Pick what you want on all of them, except Divination, it is highly suggested you hit Random for the Dark Heresy experience (no one wants to just click on the best Divination, you have to let chance work it's magic.) Don't edit your rolls or you screw everything up, don't like what you rolled? Then make one re-roll and stick with it.

Second One:

Thing I like: A little more advanced and lets you customize just about everything, I had just found this website and have been experimenting with it. One cool object of it is being able to write your character into a PDF file. It also lets you, if you're playing that kind of game, create a Xeno Creature (Tau or Eldar) as well.
Things I don't like: Now, you noticed that I didn't incorporate this into the First one, because I liked everything about it so far. This one, though, bunches everything into 2 rolls, meaning you can't roll for each individual background detail, you can't even roll for your divination, so I would say go with the top one (SupTG one)
