The calling to other STATES ( Destruction check, NotEnoughCharges doesn't work. 2. The whole recharge thing doesn't work either. Dunno if its because I'm trying to use the maccro with a selected token instead of having the Wand directly in the Abilities tab of the sheet. I modified it to be a generic maccro for all to uses.
