No, it does not work for the redesigned sheet yet.

there is a lot of pages on this so sorry if this has been asked in the past, but is this script working on the dev server, when i run the script it returns this line to the chat "Exception: TypeError: monster.actions[i].split is not a function" and the sheet is made but no macros are on the token.

This script, like the old sheet, is no longer supported. Sorry. There is a new sheet and new companion script (linked above) if you wish to upgrade.

iv had a look at the new sheet and as it stands now i like the old one more, im right in the middle of adding all the NPC with this script. thanks for getting back to me as soon as you did.
