This will result in changes with anything that has to do with your stats, so we get to those later 2. You have given yourself a reminder for conditional CA bonuses but not conditional Bloodhunt bonuses, I find this odd to say the least, but no need to do anything about this. 3. Your Theme bonuses to skills need to go to the Temp slot, not the Misc slot, as you cannot apply them to all checks made with the skills 4. Perhaps doing the math on vicious mockery would be better. 6) Elvish is not a language While not mandatory, it would appear you did not select the mechanical benefit of a background nor a theme. Both of those can give your character power and flavor. Please review above, and repost when you've done so. Hi Bald,&nbsp; Thanks for reviewing.&nbsp; 1. I see what I did wrong. I combined the Armor and Shield. I put them in separately to reflect 3 Armor (Hide) and 1 Shield (Light Shield.) I double-checked the +7 for my AC. Of course, I could still be wrong. &nbsp;I have the +4 total for armor. Then I have a +3 INT. So I get the +7. &nbsp;Its also hardcoded, so if I'm missing something, could you suggest a way to circumvent that? Maybe a +/- in the MISC? &nbsp;I think the same issue is true with Reflex. I have the +3 INT and only the shield gets factored in, correct? I get a +1 for the shield for a total of 4. &nbsp;This is also hard coded.&nbsp; 2. You're right, this is incorrect. I believe this should have been 9. 7 + Constitution Modifier (+2) = 9 3. You're right. I added a +1 to Fortitude, Reflex, and Will in the Feat column of the defense section.&nbsp; 4. You're right. What is first on the list of Magic Items that needs to be bought and fix that 3: I fixed that 4: Why am I required to buy a magical weapon "first and foremost"? I've covered everything else, and do not see a need for a magical weapon at this point. I will probably pick one up eventually, however.
Because you need one. This is not an optional part of character creation in Guild (it would be listed as optional in New Player Checklist as one if it were)

I would strongly urge you to read step 5 of the New Player checklist again. Please pick one of the top 4 listed arrays there, and place your highest score in the stat a sorcerer needs most. I dislike telling people how they must build this character, but I fear that as the build currently is you will find playing with this character is no fun at all. You will miss a lot, you will get hit a lot, and none of your skills are of such a level that there is not a team mate around who can do the same better. 2) Looking at gear it completely escapes me why you would buy a crossbow and bolts. What I can say is that the armor you bought needs typed (cloth, leather, hide, chain, scale, plate). 3) You have an armor with an enhancement bonus. That enhancement bonus is missing from the AC calculation. 4) For the attack calculation of your melee basic attack I would suggest you look up your chosen weapon and what its proficiency bonus is. 5) For your secondary attack calculation, I do not know what a magic basic is. 6) For your damage calculations it would appear you have missed out on a class feature as well as the enhancement of the chosen weapon or implement, while at the same time there is a feat bonus there I cannot trace. 7) skills : Acrobatics is not a class skill for sorcerers, and as such cannot be trained. How did you get training in Acrobatics ? 8) powers : at level 1 you are entitled to a level 1 daily power. At level 5 you are entitled to a daily power of level 5 or below. You seem to have chosen 2 level 5 daily powers. How does your character have access to that? 9) how do you have access to disciplined wild soul ? While not wrong, you appear to not have selected a theme, or the benefit of a mechanical background. Neither of these is mandatory, but can give your character more flavor and or power. Changed my stat array to&nbsp;16/16/12/12/10/8 2. Changed Feats to War Wizard's Expertise, Arcane Spellfury,&nbsp;Distracting Coincidences,&nbsp;Fortunate Resistance 3. Changed Trained skills to Arcana, Bluff, Insight, Endurance. 4. Changed my equipment to proper ones. Staff +2 and robes+1 . 5. Recalculated Hp, now it is 48 ,with 8 surges a day 6, Changed my skills so the match the levels you told me. 7. Recalculated basic melee and implement attacks 8. Keep in mind the deathstalker weapon needs defined as a longsword on the sheet, and that the +1 enhancement for the frost sword makes that have slightly lower accuracy and damage.

Missing is not fun at all. There is a list in Step 8 of the New Player Checklist 5) you cannot multiclass into the class you already are 6) your AC calculation is missing the enhancement bonus of your armor, while at the same time that may have gotten misplaced under the quick look up section of your armor. 7) Robe of Contingency +1 is correctly named. Amulet of Health is not (missing the enhancement in the name) 8) presumably Fortitude, Reflex and Will are all missing an enhancement bonus in their defense calculations 9) surges per day is missing 10) I still have not figured out what a wand basic is, but if you're attacking with a wand with a +1 enhancement, that needs to find its way into your damage calculation While not mandatory, you are entitled to the mechanical benefit of one background, and you can select a theme. Both of those can give your character power and flavor. I also would like to point you to step 2 of the New Player Checklist. We often talk in Skype about characters, give advice, decide on upcoming games, etc. My handle is baldhermit.

You also have left out your skill bonuses from your race and theme. 10) You have only taken one slayer fighter stance. 11) Great scythe is not a weapon. 12) You are not proficient with studded leather armour, and should take a different type of armour you are proficient with. Your AC is also very poor for a front line fighter, so I would strongly recommend taking heavy armour over light. 13) You've listed Demonic Frenzy as being a racial power rather than a theme power. 14) You have not listed your enhancement bonus to AC from having magic armour. 15) You have a feat and a magic item that give bonus damage against marked enemies, but slayers have no way to mark enemies. 16) As flavourful as the Demon Spawn theme is, this is a team game and your fellow PCs will not appreciate it when you reach level 10 and your character starts attacking theirs. You can keep the flavour and roleplay your character accordingly, but I would advise taking a different theme. 17) It doesn't need to be extensive, but you need to have some amount of background listed for your character. Once you've made the appropriate changes, please leave a reply detailing the changes made.

Hybrid Wizard gives you +1 Will. I think you may have misread or misinterpretted the class bonuses to defense. 4) could you please do a attack and damage calculation for an implement attack, as your wizard half is bound to give you some opportunity to use them. I am not sure what you currently calculated with your second attack and damage. While not wrong, please be aware you can only use one infusion per day. Not mandatory, but you are entitled to the mechanical benefit of one background, and can choose a theme. Both of those would give your character power and flavor. Im choosing to go without a mechanical background or theme at the moment I will decide on them after my first game. reworded healing infusion powers to clarify that I may only use one healing infusion per day.

It is not correct At 3 : check &nbsp;(and sorry for not numbering correctly) At 4 : check At 5 : check and thank you So please explain those numbers in health when you repost. 1) recalculated health again. should be correct now, I was adding my constitution to my health per level but that's not how it's done in 4e. just to show my math&nbsp; starting health: 5(wizard) + 6(artificer) +12(constitution score) = 23 health per level: 2.5(artificer)+2(wizard) = 4:: 4 + 4 + 4 +4 = 16 total health: 23 + 16 = 39 2) healing surge value 39/4 = 9 healing surges per day: 3(wizard)+3(artificers)+1(constitution modifier)=7 I think that should cover it for now. if I messed up on my math again, I'll hop on the skype this weekend to double check everything before posting again.

The Guardian Theme's level 5 feature gives you a +2 power bonus to Insight and Perception which is not recorded on your sheet. 5. In your defenses, I would suggest listing the bonus for Swordmage Warding under the class bonus. It will be up far more than not, since we generally try to keep people conscious. 6. In your attack workspace, your Melee Basic Attack is missing the proficiency bonus. Weapon attacks (MBA, Booming Blade, Dimensional Thunder) get the proficiency bonus from your weapon, while Implement attacks (Sword Burst, Swordmage Shielding Fire) do not. 7. Your spending doesn't quite line up. I totaled up the costs of your various items, and it came up to 4655. I think probably miscalculated, because with your leftover change that puts you exactly 200 gold overbudget. Whoops, added Con mod to each level, habit from other d20 systems. Compendium states 6hp/level for Swordmage. Fixed. 2. That was a rather large oversight on my part.... &nbsp; Dropped White Lotus Dueling Expertise for Mark of Warding. &nbsp; 3. Theme fit character idea, bonus that it let me have all 4 skills I was deciding over. 4. Fixed 5. Fixed 6. I see now had confusion because the sword is also the swordmage's implement. reviewed implement rules. fixed. 7. Yup, me math no good. Replaced the vambraces with new items within budget.

Sorry, yeah, it is 6. Misread it last night. EDIT: I just double checked your numbers, and you're 1 point shy on max HP (your HP does increase when you raise your Con score at level 4). And for some reason your surge value is too high (surge value is half bloodied rounded down) 3. To clarify, the background doesn't give you training in Endurance, it allows you to train Endurance as if it were on your class' skill list (As one of your Arcana + 3). The reason I mentioned it is that Endurance is already on the Swordmage class skill list. Even with a background, you still only get training in 4 skills, not 5. I probably should have been clearer about that last night, but I managed to miscount and thought you only had 4 trained.

Fixed. &nbsp;&nbsp; As for the Healing Surge Value, Belt of Vigor: +1 item bonus to Healing Surge Value 3. Ah I see now, the background options just adds to the list you can select trained skills from. I don't see any reason to find a new background, it fits the character idea. Dropped one skill I had marked as trained so its now Arcana+3 total. Fixed&nbsp;
