Your stat array is labeled as 16/14/13/12/11/10, but then you have marked that you add +2 Con for race and +1 Con for LV4 bump (13 or more depending on how you place the array, but your Con is marked as 12), so fix your stats. This will result in changes with anything that has to do with your stats, so we get to those later 2. You have given yourself a reminder for conditional CA bonuses but not conditional Bloodhunt bonuses, I find this odd to say the least, but no need to do anything about this. 3. Your Theme bonuses to skills need to go to the Temp slot, not the Misc slot, as you cannot apply them to all checks made with the skills 4. Your Equipment is faulty to the level of "You need to read the new player checklist again" Step 9 5. The Utility powers that Themes give are options to your normal Utility powers, so you cannot have both the Theme Level 2 Utility and the Thief Level 2 Utility 1: I wrote it wrong, this is the starting stats: str 10 dex 16 con 11 wis 13 int 12 cha 14 which then makes this the correct stat block mod (yes I had to figure out how I did it too, but I knew it was right): lvl 4: +1 con / +1 wis race: +2 Cha / +2 int 2: I have fixed that, I tried to get the sheet done before work, so I rushed it a bit) 3: it stats all checks: "You gain a +2 power bonus to knowledge checks, including monster knowledge checks made with Arcana, Dungeoneering, History, or Religion." it does not state a condition 4: not yet fixed, working on that (again, was before work so I rushed a bit and wanted to get the mechanics out of the way) 5: fixed 1. Arcana, Dungeoneering, History, Nature, and Religion are the skills most commonly used to make knowledge checks. The condition is knowledge check , as these skills can be used for other interractions. (You can find further information from Compendium, for example under "Glossary" + "Knowledge check") 4.
