Your Vicious Mockery should not have +Proficiency to attack, as it is an implement power. Please also fill out your second damage space as your RBA. The 'Abil.' box for it should not have +5 since your RBA is not based on Charisma. You should have five skill trainings as a Bard, not four. Please include your racial bonuses to skills in your skill calculations. Please also include the bonus to Intimidate from your Screaming Armor, and the bonus to Acrobatics from your Acrobat Boots. (You do not seem to have it applied even though your sheet says it does.) I do not know how you intend to use both your longbow and your shortsword, as the former takes up two hands. Unless you're certain about your choices and have planned ahead, I would strongly recommend not being a Virtue of Prescience Bard with 8 WIS, because the majority of things involving that feature involve your WIS modifier. In a similar vein, because of how 4e math scales over levels, it is strongly recommended to raise your primary and secondary stats whenever possible. If you require 11 DEX for a specific reason, it is more efficient to start with 11 DEX - starting with an 18/13/12/11/10/8 and putting your racial and level 4 boosts in CHA/INT lets DEX or CON end at 12 while keeping every other stat the same. Please include the cost of items in your purchases breakdown in your Coins and Other Wealth. (optional) Note that you may also choose a theme for your character.

From the theme itself: "You gain a +2 power bonus to knowledge checks, including monster knowledge checks made with Arcana, Dungeoneering, History, or Religion." Unless I'm misunderstanding when it says +2 to knowledge checks and it would only situational and not constant. I had used a different array before settling on the one in the box. Changed the 11 in INT to 10 (base 8 +2 from Genasi's stat increase). Changed power name to Lightning Cuts. Added back 15 gp; waived fee from Adventurer's Kit. Part of this build is going to be based around trying to get Combat Advantage. While it will be a small bonus, I plan on being in melee most of the time with this character and would hope that small increase would contribute to the accuracy. Outside of external factors adding bonuses specifically to one or the other (e.g. Superior Implement Training for an accurate implement, Rogue Weapon Talent, etc.) the difference between weapon and implement attacks when you're using a weapliment is usually just its proficiency bonus. Im fine either way just thought i would lean on yout expertise but other wise i think the build is finally set unless the amulet thing changes it one more time and thanks again!

Thanks for the feedback! 1) Fixed Current XP.&nbsp; I had set it to 5500, but that didn't seem to stick.&nbsp; 5501 has worked, and I will gladly reduce my first XP award by 1 to compensate. 2) Fixed Armor Check Penalty.&nbsp; It now reads as "0" 3) Fixed MBA damage.&nbsp; Brain fart on my part adding the feat attack roll bonus there, too.&nbsp; HOWEVER, in doing so I realized that MBA damage is based on Strength, even for finesse weapons.&nbsp; So my -1 Str is offset by the +1 enhancement of the weapon. 4) Added "refresh" tags and at what level they were acquired to all my powers with their names on page 2: i.e. At-Will 1, Encounter 3, Daily 5. Please let me know if there is anything else. I went a little wild buying 1st-level Rituals, seeing how the Guild encourages their use.&nbsp; I hope that's okay.

So the Amulet of Life gives Fortitude, Reflex and Will a +1 enhancement bonus, and you have those listed in the Enh boxes. So that is correct. If those do not change in the builder you might have Inherent Bonuses turned on (which some campaign use, we do not). Been quite a while since I last used the builder, I am guessing at this.
