It is not zero. In the compendium this is listed under Character Advancement 2) Please fill out the check penalty under Quick Look Up. The answer could be zero, but we need to know that you know the answer 3) What feat did you take that gives the MBA a feat bonus to damage? 4) On page 2, please list the slot each power takes for your character. For example Staggering Note (atwill), and Unicorn's Charge (E3) Please take your time to review the above. When you are ready, please use the Quote function to include this message in your response. Let us know what, if anything, you changed about the sheet. Using phrasing like "Fixed" or "Done" is not recommended as it still forces a DM to search through your sheet to see what was changed. Thanks for the feedback! 1) Fixed Current XP. I had set it to 5500, but that didn't seem to stick. 5501 has worked, and I will gladly reduce my first XP award by 1 to compensate. 2) Fixed Armor Check Penalty. It now reads as "0" 3) Fixed MBA damage. Brain fart on my part adding the feat attack roll bonus there, too. HOWEVER, in doing so I realized that MBA damage is based on Strength, even for finesse weapons. So my -1 Str is offset by the +1 enhancement of the weapon. 4) Added "refresh" tags and at what level they were acquired to all my powers with their names on page 2: i.e. At-Will 1, Encounter 3, Daily 5. Please let me know if there is anything else. I went a little wild buying 1st-level Rituals, seeing how the Guild encourages their use. I hope that's okay. At 1 : that's fine. Check At 2 : check At 3 : check (and clearly brain fart on my end as well) At 4 : check Looking good, I will set up a journal for you. When you hit Launch Game you will find it waiting for you in the top right corner. Our second video also covers this. Please fill out the attributes and use the templates provided to set up macros for your characters powers and abilities. Once that is done flag down a DM to check it, they can then make you a token. This is also covered in the #welcome on discord. Please do not forget to add this character to the census

I would recommend doing the secondary attack calculation for Twin Strike. 2) please try to fill out the damage calculations for the same powers as #1 3) Defensive Mobility does not take your level 1 feat slot, it's free as a consequence of the class specialisation. 4) Lethal Hunter is not a free feat as per Step 8 of the new Character Checklist. 5) Please indicate with the powers on page 2 which slot they take. For example Twin Strike is an At-will or AW, Sure Shot is a level 1 daily or D1, etc 6) Please note you're only entitled to one level 2 utility power. 7) Your characters HP score seems off. Could you show the math in response to this post to see where it went wrong? 8) The Enhancement bonus from the purchased armor appears to be missing from the defense calculations at the top center of page 1. There is also an entry for a miscellaneous +3, what is that from? 9) Rangers do not get all that many trained skills. How did you get 8 trained skills? 10) Please move the chosen background to the class feature section of page 1 11) Please move the character theme powers to page 2 12) Please move the cost of the gear you purchased to Coins and Wealth on page 3. That seems an excessive amount of gear that I doubt you could have purchased for the available amount of gold. That also probably gets in the way of encumberance rules. few of it seems practical in game. Please take your time to review the above. Rapier is a military melee weapon. So your character would already be able to use it inherently for being of this class, and not need to take a feat for it. 2) The benefit from Encouraging Shield, while from a feat, is not a feat bonus. I am aware this sounds confusing, but please read a feat like Superior Will for comparison of the phrasing. At any rate, please move that benefit to misc. in the defense calculations at the top center of page 1. 3) Please list the Shield Finesse feat under feats 4) Attack workspace: Where does the +1 misc come from? A stance will not always be "on" 5) Damage work space: Where does the +1 feat bonus come from? 6) The Human Defense Bonus is not technically a class bonus and should be placed under misc in the defense calculations. However, you might collect more misc bonuses to defenses, and it is unlikely any additional class bonuses will occur. I would leave it where it is. 7) With the chosen background, please list the benefit your character draws from that. 8) With the gear listed on page 2, please list the shield as light or heavy. Also note a magically enhanced shield cannot be worn at the same time as bracers, as both take the arm slot. 9) Dwarvesh is not a 4e language, you probably mean dwarven 10) please list that amulet of protection with the magic gear on page 2 11) Please note Power Strike is not an at will power. Please take your time to review the above. When you are ready, please use the Quote function to include this message in your response. Let us know what, if anything, you changed about the sheet. Using phrasing like "Fixed" or "Done" is not recommended as it still forces a DM to search through your sheet to see what was changed.

Proficiency does not get added to implement attacks, in both of your workspaces. Please make your second workspace an attack with a different calculation, like an MBA. Wizards already have weapon proficiency in quarterstaffs, so I don't believe your level 1 feat does anything for you.

The bonus should be placed into the Misc. column and not the Feat Bonus. Also, Accurate Staff's bonus to hit would not apply to the MBA, since Superior Implement properties only apply to implement attacks. (new) Your damage workspaces should have the +2 enhancement bonus to damage added, I'm not sure why they were removed. And assuming that the Misc. bonus to damage is from your Shard of the Mage, it should be added to the first damage workspace but not the second (since the MBA is a weapon attack and not an implement one).

If so, it is missing the benefit from the chosen expertise feat. 3) Please fill out the check penalty under Quick Look Up. The answer could be zero, but we need to know that you know the answer 4) Please fill out the special senses / movement. The answer could well be N/A, but we need to know that you know the answer 5) Please know that in the Guild, most sessions are stand alone adventures that take place over the course of a single working day. As such, you cannot know which powers would be best suited to prepare out of your characters spellbook. Aside of that, until you play as a level 7 you're free to change anything and everything about your character in between sessions. So my recommendation would be to just forget the spellbook exists, not do any of the administrative mess that comes with it, and play your character as any other AEDU class. For that reason, we suggest you promote your primary stat at every opportunity. 6) please note that with two feat bonuses to initiative, you only get the highest one. Thank you for your feedback! 1) I have updated my check penalty to 0. 2) I marked my Special Senses and Movement as N/A because I am unsure if things like my additional Charge speed or the Open the Gate of Battle Movement Technique count as such. 3) II have added the +1 to attack rolls Implement Expertise gives to the Five Storms power in the Attack/Damage Workspace section. 4) I was under the assumption that because the Bracers of Mighty Striking were a magic item, their damage bonus counted as an Enchantment bonus, rather that misc. Nevertheless I have changed it accordingly in the Attack/Damage Workspace. 5) I have reallocated the +1/+1 from level 4 to Str and Dex, making them both 19. 6) I have removed the +2 initiative bonus from Battle Hardened. 7) My original intention was to state the feat I had taken, then specify what I was using the feat for. I have since changed it to read Ki Focus Expertise. 8) I'm not quite sure what this one means. Where can I tag the powers I have to denote the slot they take? 9) I am very new to 4e, so I will wait a couple of characters before using mechanical backgrounds and/or themes.

The answer could well be N/A, but we need to know that you know the answer 3) It would appear the expertise feat benefit is missing from the attack calculations 4) The enhancement benefit to damage from unarmed strike, where does that come from? Possibly related, Bracers of Mighty Striking missing as a misc. benefit. 5) On ability scores, please know that in 4e there is no cap of 20 like there is in some other versions, you can go as high as you want. For that reason, we suggest you promote your primary stat at every opportunity. 6) please note that with two feat bonuses to initiative, you only get the highest one. Bonuses from the same source (in this case both feat bonuses) do not stack. 7) For the expertise feat, you probably want Ki Focus Expertise instead of Implement E(x)pertise (Ki Foci) as that is technically better. 8) On page 2, please tag your chosen powers with the slot they take. For example Open the Gate of Battle (E1) and Five Storms (AW) 9) Optionally your character could select to enjoy the benefit of a character theme and a character Background. Using phrasing like "Fixed" or "Done" is not recommended as it still forces a DM to search through your sheet to see what was changed. At 1 : check At 2 : those do not, but your characters half orc low light vision does At 3 : You should probably re-read the Unarmed Combatant section in the compendium entry for Monk. At 5 : check At 6 : check At 7 : check At 8 : On page 2, in the headers of each box that describes the powers, you currently have listed, for example "Five Storms (Attack Technique)" and "Open the Gate of Battle (Attack)". I am asking you change that to "Five Storms (At-will Attack Technique)" and "Open the Gate of Battle (Encounter 1 Attack)". Or AW, E1, Enc1, whatever suits you, as long as we understand what your chosen at will powers, the level 1 encounter power, the level 1 daily power, the level 2 utility power, the level 3 encounter power and the level 5 daily power are. At 9 : check, no problem. Please revisit 2, 3 and 8.

The answer could well be N/A, but we need to know that you know the answer 3) Please make the attack and damage calculations for your two at wills, Sword Burst and Booming Blade. 4) Please read Step 9 of the New Character Checklist, particularly the fourth paragraph in reference to naming your gear. Currently I cannot tell what sort of armor that is, not its enchantment level. I cannot tell what weapon you purchased and whether heavy Blade Expertise applies, etc. 5) I am assuming Swordmage Shielding Fire takes your characters level 5 slot for a daily power. 6) Please give page 3 some attention. It does not have to be a novel, but we would like to know what sort of character we can expect. 7) Optionally your character could select to enjoy the benefit of a character theme and a character Background. These are not mandatory. If you do select one, please list it under class features. You can find the lists in the Compendium under "Background" and "Character Theme". 8) Not directly related to the sheet, but please make your roll20 handle and the handle you show in the discord chat the same. Please take your time to review the above. When you are ready, please use the Quote function to include this message in your response. Let us know what, if anything, you changed about the sheet. Using phrasing like "Fixed" or "Done" is not recommended as it still forces a DM to search through your sheet to see what was changed. Hi, I think I've worked on what you said! 1. Check penalty was 0, put that in. 2. Added Low-light vision to special senses, no special movement. 3. Added attack and damage calculations to my at-wills. Also added my proficiency bonus (completely forgot to do that before). 4. I've named the gear the specific type (Leather armour, longsword and razor wrists) As well as the ench. bonus (+1 all around) to all my items. 5. Yes, I've renamed it to properly reflect my level 5 daily. 6. Added some info for my character. 7. I have added the Sensate theme and Seer background (added in Class/Path/Destiny features, not sure else where to put it). 8. changed my roll20 name to reflect my discord name. At 1 : check At 2 : check At 3 : On the right hand side of page 1, under the Health information, in the attack work space. Instead of Intelligence write down the name of one of your at wills, and make the first attack and damage calculation for that power. Then instead of Constitution, write down the name of your other at will, and make the calculation for attack and damage for that other at will. Neither calculation as currently listed is correct for any of your powers. Do note Heavy Blade Expertise does not apply to implement attacks, like for example War Wizards Expertise does. At 4 : check At 5 : check At 6 : check At 7 : The benefit from the Seer background is not listed correctly. Your character can be trained in either one instead of one of your current trained class skills, or your character can have a +2 in either one. At 8 : thanks 3. Edited the attack and damage calculation for my two at-wills. I have ensured that I do not add the heavy blade expertise feat to the implement at-wills. (I mostly picked it up for the +2 defence from AOO's) 7. I have changed it to trained in Bluff (probably not the best choice, but it fits the character) At 3 : Well, Booming Blade is a weapon attack, so the expertise feat you chose would apply. Where is the +1 feat bonus to damage with Booming Blade coming from, and what is the source for the +1 misc damage for that same power? At 7 : check 3. Booming Blade gets +1 damage from the heavy blade expertise feat, and +1 misc from a 2 handed attack with a longsword (I would have put two booming blade calculations, one for one handed and one for two handed, but there was not room. I'll almost always be doing it two handed anyway, so thats why I chose to select two handed)
