Let's see what we can do for your charactersheet.

1. a) At-Will, Encounter and Daily powers, in lieu of other descriptors, are assumed to be class attack powers (or those swapped in instead of class powers). In your power listing, you list item and utility powers as "Daily 5" or "Encounter 2", making things a bit confusing. Please make sure to include "Utility", "Theme", "Racial" or "Item", depending on what sort of power it is.
1. b) No need to give levels for item powers, either. The whole point of giving levels for your powers is so it's easy to see whether you have too few or too many class encounters/dailies/utilities etc.
2. Please fill in your Armor Check penalty. Blank may have the same result as "0" on the sheet, but a 0 allows us to see at first glance that it was not just forgotten.
3. Same deal for Special Senses/Movement.

Great submission, from the rest of it I trust that you'll get these minor details fixed without further supervision and will set up your journal.

EDIT:  May I suggest Headsman's Chop for your consideration as a highly thematic feat?

Thanks for the guidance. Just for context, the original build was going to be lightning based, and was to use the +2 staff for the weapon. I had made a change to instead be using Thunder as my element, making use of a Thunderfist Iron Ki Focus, and using a  standard quarterstaff. In the online build my attacks display as 'Your stats using Iron Ki Focused Quarterstaff'. - so yes I got rid of the lightning +2 weapon purchased off the board - hope this explains some of the strangeness you could see.

1) Please note what your racial skill bonuses are and be sure to add the bonus to the associated skills which appear to be missing

I have added the +2 nature and perception.

2) Under quick lookup for defenses please make sure everything is filled out even if it is with a 0, under special senses here your low light should be listed as well.

I have added the low light sense. The 'Iron Soul'  flurry of blows describes a 'Mental Arsenal' feature that gives what it describes as a +1 shield bonus to AC. However if I change the 'shield' bonus to 1 in the quick lookup for defenses, it also provides 1 reflex - which I *think* is incorrect. So rather than add it here, it is listed in the 'ac' row of the defenses section.

3) For attack and damage workspace please include two different attacks or powers, also under the damage workspace there is nothing giving you a static feat bonus. This can be addressed furthing once they have been filled out with powers.

I have now named the powers - which were fallen needle and five storms. I 'sortof' get a +1 from the 'Superior Implement Training' for the Iron Ki Focus - which has the 'Deadly' Property - which says +1 to damage rolls made with a deadly implement. I really wasn't sure the best place to put this. It is currently listed as the +1 feat bonus. I could put it under misc if that is preferred?

4) For your +1 to AC from your class feature as well as your Iron Parry feat you must be wielding a weapon that is not in the unarmed group which you appear to be missing

I should be wielding a quarterstaff - which is empowered by the Ki Focus - I have added the quarterstaff to my items.

5) You are missing your racial power

I have added Elven Accuracy in the powers section.

6) You are missing the ritual you gain from your theme

I have added this.

7) You have not added your bonus to nature from your theme

I have added this.

8) You are missing your Flurry of Blows power

I have listed it explicitly in the powers section.

9) Please show a break down of your expenses, also you posted you bought items on the sale thread, one of which you are missing. Also having that item would give you what is needed for your class feature and feat defense since you would have a weapon. If you decided to go back on the purchase please know it needs to be made known. With loot increasing exponentially as you level, combined with constantly playing up as a level 5, please make the best of the resources available to you now.

- Bloodthread Cloth Armor (bought off board for 500)
- Thunderfist Iron Ki Focus (full price 840)
- 2x Blood Apricot 100
- Quarterstaff 5

Now = 2815 (my original was 5 gp off - as I had failed to subtract the cost of the quarterstaff).

10) Under conditional I'm seeing notes of your FoB giving EoNT benefits but seeing nothing that is actually giving these benefits

Yeah - sorry - I originally had the 'Shielding Whirlwind Style' feat - but had to drop this in favor of the superior implement training feat when I switched my intention from lightning to thunder.

9) My biggest concern here now is on the item thread you posted you purchased a +2 Lightning Weapon (which you could still use as an implement as a monk in place of a ki focus, doing this would only involve change of feats to go this route) that is not listed on your sheet.

1) I had stupidly added these directly to the total scores, rather than the misc box. This has now been changed (including removing my original addition to the total scores so I haven't double counted by adding the bonus in the misc box)

3) - I have corrected this, however, your prompt has caused me to change a feat. (Iron Parry has become Implement Focus Ki Focuses) - so now do have a +1 feat bonus to implement attacks. As a result my ac feat bonus has dropped by 1, due to the loss of Iron Parry.

7) I had done the same thing as in 1) - has been corrected in the same way.

9) - The staff has been mulligan retirement home for items that should not have been purchased... I refunded myself the money - and no longer possess it. Let me know if I'm not allowed to do this, and instead have to accept the 2.5k gold loss. The reason for doing this is that I want to optimise around Thunder, rather than Lightning (although many parts of my build will be the same, Sarifal, lyrander etc). The main aim here is to get access at 11 to resounding thunder to increase the size of my bursts and blasts by 1. My (limited) understanding is that there aren't many thunder weapons available in the game - but happily for Mr Monk here there are Thunderfist Ki Focuses, which would allow me to type the damage that I'm outputting to be Thunder. (please let me know if this is a misapprehension). As a result I'm building around the Ki Focus, and am committing a number of feats to that (including things like my free expertise feat). It could be possible to still use the staff at the start, with associated feats, and gradually retrain them as I approach paragon, but I felt this was messy, and that I might somehow screw it up, so would rather just start with the correct implement setup (even at the cost of having to use a +1 implement, rather than a +2). - Hope this all makes some sort of sense.

6. While your AC is certainly correct, it might be slightly better for future readability if you put a -1 temp (to "counter" your Dex) and +4 (your Con score) misc bonus under AC, with a short note in the Statistic Block what each bonus refers to, instead of just adding the difference

Did you have any exp / gold from the previous character to transfer to this one?
1. Items: You don't need to pay for mundane crossbow bolts
2. I'd suggest making attack and damage workspaces for melee powers and ranged powers, since most your stuff is either / or and you might not want to provoke OAs

You may move on to the next step, but I'd like to check the workspaces. No need to make adjustments to sheet, just give me the math as a quote

6. There is no "Fullblade Training" feat, I think you're looking for "Weapon Proficiency (Fullblade)", please always put the correct names for things, so DMs have an easier time when looking over your sheet
7. You're missing your Armor of Faith class feature in your feature section
8. Please put your expenses in the Coins and Other Wealth box
9. Also, please clean up your power section. Add level and usage, as well as source (class) to each power, e.g. "Overwhelming Strike (Avenger At-Will 1)"
10. Finally, please put "Normal" under Senses/Vision, just to show it wasn't forgotten

4) I would urge you to leave explanations what what the gear does out of the listing at the top right of page 2. However, please do list the enhancement of the gear. Foe example "Manifester Longsword +1".
The armor bought would also need a type (cloth, leather, hide, chain, scale, plate)

5) the enhancement bonus of the armor is failing from the defense calculation at the top of page 1. At the same time, under Quick Look Up, the armor bonus is incorrectly listed, I am assuming to include this enhancement bonus.

6) under Coins and Wealth, please give us a breakdown of your expenses and how you got to have the amount of gold that you do.

7) what feat did you take to gain a feat damage bonus?

8) while not mandatory, you could get your character a character theme for additional power or flavor. This is however optional.

1) i have added my ability array to the stat block together with my racial ability bonuses and the lvl 4 bonuses
2)i expanded the racial features. i also discovered i had forgotten to choose a power for the racial feature Dilettante i chose that and added it to my power list
3)i indeed calculated my hp incorrectly. I have changed it and posted my calculations in the stat block
4)i omitted the explanations from the gear list, added the enhancement bonus where applicable and specified teh armor type
5)i changed to armor value under quick lookup to not include the enhancement bonus and added the enhancement bonus to the deence calcualiton on page 1
6)i added my costs under coins and wealth
7)i changed the damage calculation to be correct

2. separated out the theme and backrounds to be more clear

4. didnt have a stat i wanted to lower to 8 to raise another to 12

5) Please expand a little on page 3, give us some idea of what character you'd be bringing.

At 3 : check, well, please check your item powers as they do not match the items listed
At 4 : check, see (3)

new 7 : Under Quick Look Up, please tag the armor as "heavy". This has no consequences for your AC score now, but will if you change your ability scores or when you reach paragon.

These are fairly minor things that I am sure you can resolve. Will set you up with a journal

1. Base Hp for ranger is 12, my Con modifier is 1, I get 4x5=20 hp from lving up to 5th lv and i get extra 5 hp from Toughness feat. 12+1+20+5=38, correct? I don't see where I made a mistake.

2. Fixed. The +2 battleaxe shoould've been Frightful battleaxe so I also changed that.

3. Added background. Didn't like any of the themes so I chose none.
