Fill out your current XP. 2. Vitality gives you an extra healing surge. 3. Font of Life and Guardian Might are not powers, they are class features, as such they should go into your class / path / destiny features space. 4. Guardian Might in particular requires you to make a choice. From your powers I assume your choice is Stormheart: You need to write this down (see 3.) and apply the bonus to your AC. You can just add your Con Mod as a class bonus if you like, since your Dex Mod is 0 anyway. 5. Nature's Fury and Nature's Wrath should get their own entries in powers. Please fix the typo on "Gael Strike". 6. You may wish to choose a theme and a mechanical background to further benefit your character. However, this is strictly optional and you have plenty of time to do that later in either case. 7. Include your Minotaur racial skill bonuses. 8. Your Healing Surge value gains a bonus from Armor of Durability. All in all, rather good for your first submission. Keep up the good work and please respond by the numbers, stating how you fixed the issues. Thanks!

If you have not been added to the Skype Guild Chat, please contact one of the DMs. My handle is baldhermit. 1) Your characters HP total is incorrect. Would you mind posting your calculation either in reply, or in the statistic block on the sheet so we can see where you went wrong? 2) please fill out the check penalty under quick lookup. Even if that check penalty is zero and has no effect on any other number on this sheet, we need to know that you know what that value is. 3) This campaign functions with many (dare I say all) of its stories and sessions being a single work day. Without metagaming or outright cheating, your character will never know in advance what it will face in that particular adventure. As such, the spellbook feature loses all meaning, other than forcing you to make macros and track many more powers than you will actually get to use. So we recommend you ignore this feature altogether, and just select one level 1 Encounter power, one level 1 Daily, etc. This is a suggestion, using it is not technically wrong, it just causes you more work. 4) Similarly, your Bag of Holding will almost never come into play. It is perfectly allowed for your character to have one, but I would suggest you spend your cash elsewhere. 5) your attack calculation for Cloud of Daggers seems to be missing a feat bonus 6) what is this dagger that your character is making its secondary calculated attack with? If that is a Ranged Basic Attack, I find no actual dagger on your sheet to make that attack with. 7) Please name the type of armor your character is wearing (cloth, leather, hide, chain, scale, plate) with the list of magic gear on page 2. Following that, adjust the armor bonus under quick lookup. No armor type in D&D4e gives a bonus of +1. 8) About those reagents and rare herbs, please read #11 on the Rules on Items as that might be relevant going forward 9) Please do a break down of your expenses under Coins and Wealth 10) I noticed you did not select a character theme. This is not mandatory, but something you could select if you wanted to. Once you have taken the time to read the above, please reply using the quote function, using the same number indicators I did to let us know what, if anything, you changed. 1) Was using Con mod, not score in calculation. Believe it is now corrected? (10+10+(4x4)) 2) Doneski 3) More familiar with 3.5 and longer campaigns. Though I would expect to still require a Spellbook to store rituals, in accordance with #11 in Rules on Items, which states a ritual book is a must to learn rituals. In addition, will no campaign/session offer opportunities to acquire new spells? Am happy to macro all spells, got a lot of time on my hands, and while not metagaming or cheating, I should still be able to decide what spells I want to "prepare" before joining a session; relevence/usefulness or lackthereof be damned. Will still drop it if you believe it won't affect continuity over multiple campaigns/sessions. 4) Figured it would be easier for my Tiny Pixie Wizard to carry a 1lb bag with all his goodies in it, rather than a 33lb adventurers kit + extras. Unsure about load limits in 4ed, especially regarding the Tiny. Can still exchange for other arcanities if still deemed unnecessary. 5) I think this is corrected? (Orb Expertise?) 6) Nixed the dagger, was just trying to fulfill the suggested "basic attack" within Quick Lookup, but have decided my character won't "shed blood". 7) Corrected? Failure to read the Cloth Armor entry properly 8) Rectified 9) Rectified? 10) Couldn't find one I liked Hope I've justified some of my choices, but happy to tinker more.. https://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=1460047 At 1 : check At 2 : check At 3 : sure, I would advice you include in your macros what slot each power takes (For example Color Spray E3). Your character progresses as you gain XP per session. In general you will play 2-3 sessions per level. As your character levels up, it will gain access to other powers. Rituals are bought with cash, which your character can gain through loot. Up until you play as a level 7 character, you can change anything and everything about your character, so let's move forward for now, and you'll see how often that spellbook comes into play soon enough. At 4 : we generally do not count encumbrance, though 4e does have rules for it. Pretty much all sessions/adventures are day-trips, occasionally extending to a long weekend for the characters. if you're going to spend cash on anything, I would advice +2 gear instead of +1 gear. At 5 : check At 6 : check At 7 : check At 8 : check At 9 : check At 10 : You are certainly free to make that choice. new 11 : what feat did you take that gives you a bonus to damage ? I'm pretty sure that is just a simple oversight. So I am going to set up a journal for you to fill out. If you hit Join Game, you will find it in the top right corner. When that is done, contact one of the DMs, ideally on skype, and they can make you a token. 3) I like books :) 4) liked my current neck/armor/imp set up, and couldn't afford nor feasibly use +2 gear according to "nothing above level 7 unless bought from market place" and the current item set +2's are lvl 8 or higher. Exchanged bag of holding for Helm of Seven Deaths. 11) found the error. rectified. **12) corrected disparity between attack/damage workspace and quick look up. I will wait for final approval before Journalling but hope I now have checks across the board. thanks a bunch

I'll create a journal for you in roll20 so you can get started with Macros.

I'll be the DM checking your sheet. 1. Please remember to fill out your exp in the top right hand corner. Since your character is starting at level 5 you should have 5500 exp. 2. You've written almost everything down but I noticed you forgot to add your racial skill bonuses which should be a +2 Bluff and +2 Stealth. In addition, I also noticed that you forgot to add +1 to your stealth from Skill Versatility as it is untrained. Since the +2 bonus to Arcana and Stealth from the Beguiler theme is a power bonus, you should put that under the temp column in your skills lookup. This is because it is much more likely for multiple power bonuses to the same thing to be applied at once, compared with an untyped bonus or an item bonus. For example, someone could use a power which grants you a +5 power bonus to all your skill checks, in which case it would override and not stack with the +2 power bonus you're getting from the Beguiler theme. 3. Just an observation about your choice of the racial feat Diabolic Soul, keep in mind that the +2 feat bonus to attacks against whatever crit you will not stack with your expertise feat as that is also a feat bonus to attack. 4. About your expertise feat: Weapon Expertise only gives a bonus to weapon attacks so it will do nothing for implement attacks. You could however take Implement Expertise for your implement instead. I would personally recommend taking a more specific expertise feat for your character as nearly every single weapon and implement group (and even some classes) in the game have a tailor-made expertise feat (that come with additional benefits), making the generic expertise feats less useful. More information on expertise feats here: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/3315889/reference-post-expertise-feats/?pageforid=3315889#post-3315889 . I will go ahead and clarify that Battle Song Expertise only works with your weapons (and weapliments if you happen to have proficiency in it as both a weapon and an implement), wands, and other items designated as a bard implement (it will usually say so in the magic item properties). So this expertise feat will not give a feat bonus to attack for orbs. 5. In the same vein as above, usually the benefits of taking Skill Training can also be obtained by taking an appropriate multiclass feat which gives skill training in a skill as well as other benefits. Although this will take up your multiclass slot unless you're a non-eclass Bard (since Bards can take as many multiclass feats as they want). 6. When it comes to the powers with levels in your theme, you do not get those powers listed in the theme at that power's level. Instead, those powers are an option you can take in place of a power of the same level when you get a power for leveling up. For example, at level 2, you could either take a level 2 class utility power or a level 2 theme utility power, but you do not get both. 7. Please note that you can take one more level 1 ritual for free as per your Bardic Training class feature. Additionally, do not worry about buying ritual components in the guild. In this campaign, in order to save time and maintain simplicity, you may simply subtract the component cost directly from your gold when you use a ritual. There is no need to have the appropriate corresponding components for each skill or have a specific number of uses prepared. You still need to pay the market price and the costs for anything else needed for the ritual that's not a generic component (like a focus) in order to obtain and perform the ritual during a game. You must buy rituals between games just like when buying a magic item. 8. On the topic of items, by this campaign's rules you get all mundane equipment and supplies for free. This rule can be found in Basic Rules/FAQ ALL PLAYERS READ THIS! . ("You can get any mundane equipment and adventuring gear you need (PHB page 222) for free.") The cost for this kind of stuff is really negligible at the level we start at so we just give it to you for free. 9. Is there any particular reason that you're using Leather armor? Bards are proficient up to Chain so you could use Hide to have better AC, your armor enchantment seems to be available in Hide as well. On that note, please list what type of armor your magic armor is. Example: Nightmare Ward Leather +1 or Leather: Nightmare Ward Armor +1. Anything is fine as long as it is clear what the magic item, its enhancement, and the armor type is. 10. Feat bonus to attack should go under the feat column in the quick look up, not the prof column. That's used for weapon proficiency bonus. A very solid first attempt, really just a few things that's preventing me from handing you a journal right here and now. Please contact me on skype if you have any questions, my username is pandcal. Or you can find me in guild chat as well.

Hope you guys enjoy the backstory. (Sorry for the double post, it told me "Gateway timeout" and it reloaded, so it must have sent the confirmation through twice.) Hi Torma, and welcome to the Guild I looked over your sheet and got a few minor things I'd like for you to take a look at: 1. Please fill in your current XP (5500 for level 5) 2. Put your planned Paragon Path in parentheses or otherwise denote that you don't have it yet (very minor, just for readability) 3. The feat "Leather Armor Training" is called "Armor Proficiency: Leather", again just a readability/accuracy thing 4. While not wrong, unless you plan to regularly make melee attacks, it'd be more useful info to put one of your At-Wills under Quick Look Up 5. Under Class Features, there's a T from Theme missing, also please note that you gain the Guidance of the Past power in the text block (also because it's my job to be nitpicky: the theme is called "Ghost of the Past" ;) ) 6. Your theme allows you to learn an additional language, which you seem to be missing 7. Under items, please change the names of your items slightly, as "Magic Weapon" and "Magic Armor" do already exist under that name (for example "Tooth of Chaos Dagger +1") 8. As a side note, you don't have to track the weight of your items. In addition, you do not need to pay gold for your Adventurer's kit, and speaking from experience, I'd strongly suggest to just put it as "Adventurer's Kit" instead of listing its contents individually, as between your numerous slots, slotless items, consumables etc., your inventory will fill up quickly 9. Under powers, please denote where those powers come from (for example "Chaos Bolt (Sorcerer At-Will 1)") 10. Your racial power, as well as Guidance of the Past, do not have levels 11. Half-Elves have to choose between a dilettante power or Knack for Success, you do not get both 12. While not wrong, should you choose dilettante, I would advise you to reconsider Scare as your dilettante power, as it is an intelligence-based power, meaning your accuracy with it will be quite poor 13. Please add a breakdown of your expenses in the wealth box Once you've had a chance to review your sheet, please reply to my points with the quote function. Also, if you haven't been added to the Skype chat yet, contact a DM so they can do so. 1. Done 2. Done 3. Fixed 4. I have listed both, as I *have* killed enemies before with a basic melee attack with Wizards and Warlocks before when they caused OAs. (Funny stories.) 5. Fixed spelling error and added that I get both History and Guidance 6. Somewhat fixed. My Theme and Background correlate, meaning there is no official language of the Aerenal Elves, just a dialect. 7. Done 8.Weight has been removed, but I normally list the price of items next to the items I have to keep track of future replacements. (Such as losing my pack...again...gotta love waterfalls.) 9. Done 10. Done 11. Fixed 12. Choosing a Wizard At-Will AOE, taking the feat for Dilettante allowing it to use CHA instead of INT and then turning it from an Encounter to an At-Will with the Half-Elf Paragon feat turns this into arguably the best Close Blast Vs Will that ALSO has the Arcane keyword, meaning it gets my Dex added as Chaos Power denotes. This adds a ton of AOE and safety... Or it did , until I saw Echoing Dirge and realized my build was overly complicated to get the same result. It has been turned now into Echoing Dirge. 13. Not sure what you mean, I got 4500 to spend on magic items, spent 4280 of that and 20 on two Ghoul Candles along with 2gp on a backpack. My only question is if you get the 100 gold listed in the PHB upon character creation? When you say "Breakdown" are you asking for a formula of how I came to 198/298 gold? 1. Check 2. Check 3. Check 4. Check, however I just noticed that your MBA hits at +7 (2 Level + 3 Proficiency + 1 Feat + 1 Enhancement), not +5, since War Wizard's Expertise also grants the feat bonus to basic attacks and you seem to be missing the enhancement bonus 5. Check 6. Check, but don't expect it to come up very often, as a lot of DMs set their sessions in homebrew settings 7. Partial Check, please add the specific Armor/Weapon type (Leather and Dagger) 8. You normally won't have to worry about losing equipment, as mundane gear especially is handled pretty fast and loose. Otherwise, Check 9. Check 10. Check 11. Check 12. Check 13. Breakdown just means a short list of which items you bought and what you paid for each, for readability done in the Coins and Other Wealth box However, since all of these are minor things, I have created a journal in game for you to use. Once you're set up in terms of macros, you can contact a DM over Skype to check them and hook you up with a token.

Below is a link to my character sheet which I have made using the above resources. https://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=1460582 Welcome to the guild! 4. About your expertise feat: Weapon Expertise only gives a bonus to weapon attacks so it will do nothing for an implement that can't be used as a weapon (like orbs). 1. Done. 2. Was under the impression Skill Versatility didn't stack with other bonuses. Corrected. 3. Noted. I'd like to keep the feat, though, because it fits the character, especially with its other effects. 4. I wrote that down wrong. Orb Expertise was the intended feat. Corrected. 5. Switched Skill Training out for Pact Initiate. 6. I should only have the one utility listed: Cloaking Feint from the Beguiler theme. 7. Additional level 1 ritual selected. 8. Ritual components entry removed. Costs for other equipment returned to gold on hand. 9. I understand the armor differences now. I'll stick with leather armor to avoid the armor check penalty as I feel that's the choice that fits the character. 10. Corrected.

Racial skills bonuses should be listed as Bluff and Stealth, not Arcana and Bluff. Your racial bonuses are applied to the correct skills in the skills lookup though. 2. You should have a total of 6 trained skills but I only see 5. You get Arcana + 4 more skills from the bard's class skills, making 5, as well as 1 from the warlock's class skills from your multiclass feat, for a total of 6. 3. Label the level 2 utility you took from your theme as being of 2nd level. 4. Mark yourself as having 1 action point, all characters start with one after an extended rest. 5. In Quick Look Up: Vicious Mockery does 1d6+7 damage, not 2d8+5 damage. Remember to add in the +2 extra damage to attacks vs will from your gloves. Staggering Note should deal 6 damage (charisma + resplendent gloves). You do not add your enhancement bonus as it has no damage roll to add your enhancement bonus to. (In the entry for magic items in the books or compendium it should say "Enhancement Bonus: attack rolls and damage rolls".) Damage roll meaning the dice being rolled for damage before accounting for things like dice rolled as extra damage or crit die. Focused Sound should have damage modifiers (+5) added to the 1d10 damage. Notes: When making your macros item powers should be macroed as well. (Rituals do not need to be macroed, they can be pulled up from the compendium in the rare instances they are used.) Situational bonuses from your items should be listed on your sheet somewhere or be placed as a reminder in macros. Ask for help in guild chat if you're not sure about something, a DM or an experienced player will come and help you. Since nothing but minor issues remain, I'm going to go ahead and give you a journal so you can start working on macros. Either: post here when you're finished with your macros, or poke a DM in guild chat when you're ready to have them checked.

In dire straits she has many ways of escaping a situation; acid surge, expeditious retreat, fox's cunning, and thunderstaff are all options for when normal shifting and tactical stratagem just aren't enough. Last but not least, her other stats are almost as important as her primaries due to feat options that will become available once she hits paragon (Dex 13) and again at epic (Cha 13); while these feat options are by no means the core components of the plan, they were quite handy when used by a fellow adventurer in the game I played in with my Slayer. 5) Done

A DM mid-session has to be able to look at your sheet and understand it. Currently that is not the case. Please also explain where your miscellaneous damage bonuses come from. At 3 : check At 4 : as long as you are aware of a hit chance of 40% or worse for your ranger powers and 50% or worse for your wizard powers.

At fourth level, you want to increase your highest stats. Here's a post explaining why 2. Fill out your race features 3. Fill out your class features 4. Templar's are already proficient with leather armor, so your armor proficiency feat doesn't do anything. Additionally if you pick Battle Cleric's Lore instead of Healer's Lore, you get proficiency in scale armor. "Check Penalty" box should not be empty. You didn't add the bonus from Alertness. Your choice of expertise feat should give you a feat bonus to attack rolls which hasn't been included, make sure the chosen expertise applies to your attacks. Where are you getting the feat bonus to AC? Your class defense bonuses don't match with compendium 5. Note down your Channel Divinity powers. Additionally you need a Level 2 Utility power 6. "Step Togheter"? "Lingvistic"? 7. If you choose to have both implement and weapon attacks, you should buy a magical one of each 8. You are allowed to take the benefit of a mechanical background and a theme. From your feats I gather you might be interested in Theme: Scholar Please respond with numbers and what you chose to alter. After that we can get into further detail 1. I just like to be balanced, but i did what you said. 2. I don't see any "features", are bonuses considered features? 3. done 4. changed the proficiency feat with an implement feat, check penalty added, alertness bonus added, class bonus repaired, ac bonus removed. 5. Step Together is the level 2 Utility, but it was spelled wrong 6. just spelling mistakes, corrected them 7. done, I think 8. maybe later, for another character, too much to handle for a new player like me https://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=1459461 1. You need to manually add them in like you did with your racial +2. This also applies to your human defense bonuses which should go to the misc boxes. 2. In the compendium entry, the things listed below languages that the race can speak are it's features 3. You need to choose one of the Healer's Lore/Battle Cleric's Lore. 4. Alertness gives a bonus to a skill check that you need to add. I would suggest you don the armor that gives you the highest defense bonus that you are proficient with (Chainmail if you take Healer's Lore, Scale Mail if you take Battle Cleric's) 5. Step Together is a Channel Divinity power and cannot be taken as LV2 Utility. Additionally you need to choose two Channel Divinity powers which I would suggest you put in the power box you have for the Channel Divinity feature 6. "Hamadryan Egg"? 7. Thanks (though fix the spelling mistake). Mighty Crusader Expertise (if you use a two-handed weapon) and Devout Protector Expertise (if you use a one-handed weapon) both carry an attack roll bonus to Holy symbol attacks and weapon attacks with a possible side benefit. If you choose to keep your Bludgeon expertise, you are going to be less accurate hitting with Destined Duel and Hold Foe 8. You can add them in later if you choose to. 9. Your Attack Workspace is missing Proficiency / Feat / Enhancement bonus. Additionally if you choose to keep Destined Duel and Hold Foe, I suggest you replace Melee Basic Attacks calculations with one of those. 1. done 2. done 3. done 4. what i understood is to add 2 to the base perception value, if not can you please be specific?I keep reading the PHB but i can't really read it all in one go.And about the armor, i don't want the minuses for speed and check, I have though moved to hide. 5. done 6. another spelling mistake, changed to "Hamadryad Egg", probably mispelled because I like how Hamadryan Egg sounds more. 7. done 9. done https://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=1459461 1. Thanks, although see #2 2. Minor thing: +1 Defenses for being a human is not a class bonus, so should be put in the misc box. Race features should include additional skill training, additional feat and a choice of either additional at-will or heroic effort. This is done so that a DM who doesn't know your character can with a quick glance find out what you have mechanically 3. Thanks 4. Okay, now I see it, you've added it to the Passive Perception (your value shows 18), but not to the misc line of perception skill modifier below (it still shows a +6 total). You should add it there as well so that the Passive Perception box correctly calculates your value without needing to force it to a constant value. Additionally you didn't update your armor bonus and check penalty for switching to hide 5. Thanks. If you want to, you can consider Resurgent Strength as an option to Cure Light Wounds 6. Thanks. I point these out because you need to thoroughly check your coding when the sheet is done and you start the work on macros 7. Thanks. 9. Implement attack do not get a proficiency bonus to attack rolls. The reason they are not less accurate with this is because they tend to target a non-AC defense which normally is lower than AC. So Proficiency box for Hold Foe should be zero 10. Optional Your AC is worryingly low. Having a character without a primary or secondary ability in Int or Dex wearing a light armor is going to mean you get hit more often than your teammates. While this is not something you need to change, I want to make sure you know what you are getting into. 11. I noticed that at the bottom of your conditional modifiers you've put the Anointed Mace's property. I just want to clarify that property heals for 1 HP (the enhancement bonus of the mace) After #4 and #9 are fixed, you are ready 2. changed defense values, added race features 4. done 5. Although it gives some more bonus, I don't want them to spend the healing surge, I want them to heal as if "I gave them an additional one" 9. done 10. That is just to make my character more "realistic", that's just the way I see a templar, staying back and helping. But I can always change it to chainmail if i see it would be better. 11. fixed https://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=1459461

11. fixed https://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=1459461 1. through 9. & 11. Thanks 10. If you want to stay back, you might want to consider an at-will that is a ranged attack, since if you stay back you probably have nothing adjacent to you and your Melee attacks don't work. Same applies to your other powers, but I suggest you keep a mix now to see which fits your playstyle better When you hit Join Game, in the top right corner you will find a Journal to be filled out. The video #2 posted in the New Player Checklist will probably be useful for this. In the mean time, if you want to talk about D&D, ask questions, or hear about impromptu games, ask one of our DMs to add you to our Skype Chat. Once you're done with the journal, ask one of the DMs to check it. They can then make you a token.

Hello all, just submitting a back up in case my Pixie dies horribly.. I have read the Basic Rules/FAQ. I have read the New Player Checklist. I have downloaded the Portable Compendium or have access to the Online Compendium. Below is a link to my character sheet which I have made using the above resources. PS. Had to place Mechanical Background and Character Theme in the Background section as had no more room in Race or Class Features boxes... https://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=1463956

Learn what works and what doesn't. What you like and what you don't. That said: 1) please tag the armor as heavy under Quick Lookup, and then add your constitution modifier as a class bonus to AC. 2) with your mechanical background, list what benefit you draw from it. Also please list it in the class feature section. You can make things easier on yourself by listing names of features only. 3) please know you get Mark of Thunder for free from your Character Theme, but every other power has a level and consequently is a choice between a power from that Theme and a power from your Class. You do not get both Earthgrasp Strike and Armor of the Land. You do not get both Storm of Debris and Earth-shaking Rend. 4) please read the rules and minor rulings in regards to the use of consumables in combat 5) Your attack and damage are incorrect and I do not even understand what you are trying to do. Please make the calculation for two different powers, for example both your at-wills. Greatsword is an item, and as such a tool to use in your attacks. The Strength of Stone power has the weapon keyword, yet you excluded all the benefits you get from wielding a weapon in the attack calculation. 6) Warforged Mind missing from race features, as is the racial bonus to some skills. 7) where does the bonus to history come from? Thanks for putting up with me :/ The problem I have with this is that you might be bored, but the DMs are not. This is a volunteer job, and a review takes quite some time. After a few sessions you might feel completely differently inclined towards this or any other character. At 1 : Check. Not including Dex/Int is indeed the reason. At 2 : Character Theme also should go to the Class features section. At least it can be found on the front page now. Check. At 3 : check At 4 : In combat it takes a minor to grab, assuming you have a hand free, and a standard action to use. Thunderstone has a 40% chance to hit the average enemy you will meet as a level 5, and that gets worse as you level up Dragonfire has a 30% chance to hit initially Alchemical Silver expects you to know the need for it, and then be able to postpone combat for 15 minutes. You cannot use it in combat since any combat will be long over before you're character is done applying it. Inferno Oil even takes an hour to prepare, and then has a 40% chance to hit initially, applying a sort of unpleasant effect against the first monster your character strikes at with the prepared weapon. At 5 : Now I am confused. How did you do the math on your other character? This :"2(HalfLev)+5(STR mod)+3(Greatsword Prof)+1(Expertise Feat)+2(+2 Pinning)" to attack is correct. Check. This "damage is 5(STR mod)+2(+2 Pinning)" is also correct. Check. You do not get to double dip ability modifier to damage. For a read of a different power, read for example a fairly famous one : Twin Strike. See how it does not get ability mod to damage? Your melee basic attack is a weapon power just like the two you did the math on. It has the same keywords. Why would it not gain the benefit from your character wielding that sword? 6: Just because another DM missed something on your other sheet is no reason to not do it correctly here. Check. 7 : As a consequence of that background you could have chosen either one of those two skills as a class skill and train it instead of Endurance/ Intimidate/ Nature/ Perception, or chosen a +2. So you did this correctly. Check. I will set you up with an additional journal. Don't forget to add your character(s) to the census.

Will rethink my alchemical blood feat also. 5) Other character is a Wizard, no 1[W], 2[W] hijinx there 6) All good, just verifying. Error has been corrected on Pixie Sheet also 7) Cool Thanks for the assistance and coolheadedness Being an Alt, I was in no great hurry to see the results of the review given I'm still waiting on a final ok for my Pixie Macro set for my first Token but thanks for the timely response regardless.. Will just say though, felt a bit contradictory posting in the Basic Rules that 1 main + 1 Alt is acceptable for newcomers, only to be steered away from the choice upon my desire to create one. Your time and devotion is appreciated; though a more easily offended person might see this contradiction as an "Oh, ok.. what are they trying to tell me?"" Thanks again Sir Hermit. Will make modifications for a final final approval. **Edit: Alchemical Blood feat exchanged for Mark of Elements feat + Alchemical Items exchanged for Gloves of Recovery**

Command is not an Encounter 2. Divine Castigation is also not a Daily 2. One is level 3 and the other level 5. Please use an at-will for your attack/damage workspace instead of Curse of Misfortune. Gaze of Defiance would be an excellent choice. The numbers are currently correct however they will change when you get your magic implement. Chain is heavy armor and you need to have the "Armor is Heavy" box checked in quick lookup. You are a Dwarf, it does not slow you to wear heavy armor. You need to list your vision under Special Senses Equipment: You need to have the big 3 first and then everything else added on top is extra. Since you are an implement caster, your big 3 are Implement, Neck and Armor. All of your powers are cast through your holy symbol, so you will need to pick up a magic holy symbol instead of a magic weapon (or you can have both, but the implement is the required one of the two). Equipment: You do not need to pay for mundane items. Having a stack of Holy Symbols and a ritual book doesn't cost money. You do, however, need to denote what rituals you have if any. There are some pretty generically useful ones at low levels so you might consider buying a couple or asking around for suggestions. Optional: Since you are already a Dwarf you could be a Shield Dwarf and then pick up another weapon with a feat instead of picking up the shield with the feat. Functionally nothing changes except you can take better weapons than warhammer For example Dwarven Weapon Training which gives you all hammers including warhammer plus a bonus to damage. It also includes Craghammer which is what the Warhammer wants to be when it grows up. Or you could take an improved Holy symbol (like accurate holy symbol) since you don't have any powers that use your weapon. Optional: You have not chosen a mechanical background. As someone who is playing a Wis/Cha cleric I would highly recommend taking a background that gives you more health, but any background will add some depth to the character. Optional: You have not chosen a theme. I will make no suggestions, but it should be considered for the same reason as background.

With what you've written here and told me on skype i changed my character sheet a bit, so it might need to be read again. (Though i changed this I'll answer anyway) I wanted a shield to be able to gain some survivability and the only way I found then was the shield proficiency which needed 13 STR. Since i changed to Shield Dwarf and gained access to shields my lvl4 points are returned to +1 Wis / +1 Cha. Yes, my bad. I fixed it. Redone the attack/damage workspace with new implement taken into account. Fixed it. Arranged it. (Details in the Statistic Block) Fixed it. Alright i didn't understand what the "big 3" were. Changed my equipment to match it. Ok I erased the prices for the Book / Holy Symbols and bought a ritual instead (indicated under the Ritual Caster feature on the last page. Yes I did just that, changed my race from Dwarf to Shield Dwarf. I looked into it and I found "Auspicious Birth" which seemed to be alright for me. I chose "Scholar" as a theme.

Hi Han, I personally find sheets that have already been filled out further than the current level very annoying to read, and I am curious what you think you will be doing with that ki focus. But nothing technically wrong, go ahead and fill out a journal.

OK no i effectively didn't know that. Now i'll know ! / Changed the MBA. Yes it was due to problems about changing race and weapons multiple times. I got lost. Now it should be OK. (took 9 into account for the change) / / / / / (See 3) Changed my weapon to a Mace. Now it should be ok. I didn't know the bonus Wisdom from lvl4 counted in the calculations so I didn't put it in. What I did was : 12 (basic) + 16 (Wisdom score) + 2 (racial Wisdom) + 5 (HP gained/lvl) * 4 (levels gained) = 30 (HP lvl1) + 20 (HP gained). If the +1 Wisdom gained from level 4 counts then it takes me to 51 HP. (which I changed on my sheet) Thank you very much ! But I have to admit the labels were mainly for me to know what linked to what, what changed what, etc. But if it helped you I'm glad i did it ! Thanks for the journal, I'm gonna go and work on it right now ! (edit: I can't seem to find my journal entry in the journal tab of the ingame interface is it normal ?)

Welcome to the Guild! Player name needs to be Theodore D. Really minor detail but there was a ton of confusion recently about Nicolas Nicolas S and NicolaS being 3 different people in the campaign. Array. As mentioned on the New Player Checklist you will be asked to justify why you put your +1 from level 4 into Dex rather than Int. If this question seems crazy, please refer to the explanation in the checklist. I do not see a description of what familiar you took. Elven instead of Elvish. You do not have all of your class features listed or accounted for. For example Skill Versatility needs to be under class and you need to update your skills to reflect this. Bards have the ability to wear up to chainmail and a light shield. While wearing only cloth is not wrong, it does drastically shorten your life expectancy. I would highly recommend wearing armor. What type of Songbow are you using? (Longbow, Shortbow, etc) Please label it appropriately. Please give us something under personality / mannerisms / background. While we are primarily checking these sheets for mechanical correctness, we do want to see that you have thought a little bit about who this character is at table rather than being a block of stats. Your attack and damage workspace is mostly correct. You do, however, have too much damage on your staggering note. Staggering note, even when used through an implement, does not get the enhancement bonus to damage because there is no roll associated with the damage (and ENH gives bonus to damage rolls). It does still get the bonus to attack rolls. Optional: You did not select a mechanical background. While it is not required it does add a bit of depth to the character. Optional: You did not select a theme. While it is not required it does add a bit of depth to the character. Pretty good first go through, just a few little things to clean up and possibly a discussion about armor (contrary to what the other players may say I do want people to live!)

Please put Joel H as your player name. You are missing an expertise feat. Please refer to the New Player Checklist for a list of applicable feats. You need to put your class features under the Class Features section As far as equipment is concerned you are missing one of the big 3 (You do not have a magical neck or cloak). Please buy one of those for your character. You are missing your class bonus to defense You do not currently have your armor equipped. To equip your armor, put the bonus AC you gain from your armor, not including enhancement bonus, on the section under quick lookup for armor. In your attack and damage breakdown you seem to indicate you have a magic crossbow, but there is not one listed on your sheet. In your damage breakdown you have a 'misc' of +1 and +3. What are these from? I do not see the "Natural Linguist" racial feature listed in the compendium. How are you gaining 3 additional languages past common? In your breakdown you want to have things labeled "Ranged Basic Attack" and "Melee Basic Attack". Optional: You do not have a mechanical background selected. This may be something to look into in order to pick up some extra languages. Optional: You do not have a Theme selected. This may be something to look into in order to pick up some extra languages. Please respond to the list of corrections in a similar format by quoting this post.

What pact did you select? I think it is supposed to be Fey Pact given the list of power but I didn't see it listed. You are missing an at-will. This hybrid with psuedo-free at-wills from pact and virtue can be a bit confusing, but you have 1 more level 1 at-will to pick (It will likely be virtuous strike or eldritch strike) For your attack and damage workspace, please select two powers to break down. What are the 2 +2 damage bonuses in your damage workspace breakdown for 'cha'? This might be cleared up once you have a power name there instead. Your key focus seems to not do much for you. Is there a reason you have it as Serene instead of Accurate? Please explain your expenses. Also it looks as if you have a heavy shield equipped but no heavy shield on your sheet. It is free, but does need to be on the sheet somewhere. Please label what skill you got from your theme (I assume arcana). An excellent first post. Needs a little bit of breakdown of what is going on, but is mostly correct. Please respond in list form and we will get you to the journal pretty soon.

It is supposed to be Fey Pact but clearly I didn't list that on the sheet so I'll fix that. I may not have listed my Cavalier Virtue either. I "chose" Facinating Shadows (Binder At-Will) and Vengeful Strike (At-Will 1 Cavalier). The first comes automatically from the Binder Fey Pact and the second comes automatically from the Cavalier Virtue of Valor. Yes, I know I have 10 Strength, I won't use it. If I could have picked a power from the Paladin list then I'd have choosen something that uses Charisma but Vengeful Strike comes with my Valor so I think I'm stuck with it. If we interpret the rules differently here then I'd definitely take one of the at-wills that you suggested. This build will mostly be using Facinating Shadows (Binder At-Will) and, eventually, a melee basic attack (when I take "Wrath of the Crimson Legion" at level 6). I will rename the entries to match. The main attack that I'll be spamming will be Facinating Shadows (Binder At-Will). It targets Will so Resplendent Gloves will kick in a +2 untyped damage bonus. It also does Psychic so the Serene Ki-Focus adds +2 Superior Implement damage. If I spam Facinating Shadows (to pull enemies into my Defender Aura) then the Ki-Focus does everything. I target Will so it is just as accurate as an Accurate Focus and it also provides a +2 damage bonus because of the psychic keyword. Oh yes, I included the math but not the descriptions. There is an assumption that I can buy the Resplendent Gloves from the shop at half price but everything else is from the book. I will go and label everything in the money area. Yes, I also didn't bother to list mundane equipment. There should be a Rapier for when MBAs becomes a thing and a Heavy Shield which is tanking my skills. I'll also include an Adventurer's Kit. Yes, Arcana training comes from the theme. I will go and list that on the sheet. Also, just so you know, this isn't my first character. I have a Leader/Striker hybrid that is level 8 but I've played here before where there were no Defenders in the party so I thought I'd make a backup that had a different role than my original character.

Hey Fred. At 1 : check At 2 : That Cavalier at-will is not mandatory. Take a paladin at-will. At 3 : check At 4 : Check. It doesn't matter to me, but why not just straight up ki focus expertise? At 5 : check At 6 : check. Please drop mundane gear at the bottom center of page 1 At 7 : check That is fairly minor stuff though, so journal waiting for you
