Implement attacks do not have a proficiency bonus. You are also missing your feat and enhancement bonuses in your attack workspace. Your damage workspace seems off - you do not have a feat bonus, and your enchancement bonus is 1. Please also place all of your other non-circumstantial bonuses (e.g. Flame Wand, Stoking the Fire, Pyromancy Apprentice) in the Misc boxes and provide a breakdown for the number somewhere, like below your conditional modifiers. Magic Missile does not have an attack roll, so please remove the second Attack Workspace. In the 'Statistic Block' please write down there what your initial starting stat array was, what racial stat bonuses you chose, and what your Level 4 stat boosts were.
